My hypothesis is that what we think revolves aroound certain words. Over time,these words eventually become our dominant thought patterns. The brain constantly think random words.
If you want to discover your thinking pattern, you have to write more and more (you can practice on your own without posting in the computer for privacy) until your brain is out of words.

the key is, your not supposed to think about what you're writing when you do a stream of consciousness. don't think, just write! then you go back and look at it. they often sound like poems when you're done.
