He actually really gets on my nerves...
Mr Bye Good—
He never struck me as a deep individual. Just .... "lost"?
I'm an aqua so I do honestly have to shrug at such a question, but he never seemed like all the other scorp guys I know.
It's funny because I was thinking of starting a thread about Joaquin. I happen to like him and I think he is an outstanding actor. In Gladiator, they couldn't have cast a better actor to play caesar (commodus) and in Walk the Line, he was also perfect, in my opinion.
He's hot. I like darkness in men. Though, I wonder if the way he's acting is a joke or not. He's kinda acting like his brother did before he died.
It was all fake. Joaquin and Casey Affleck are doing a movie on Joaquin and this isn't the first time Letterman's had celebrities do something like this. Ever heard of Andy Kaufman?
He lays it on a bit too thick in my opinion and takes himself way too seriously. I don't like him.
He just strikes me as the type who would read up about the dark side of scorpio and actually believe he is that person..so in other words fake..
Actually my fiance while deployed to Iraq said he witnessed a scorpion commit suicide. He said that a guy put a scorpion in a plastic bottle and blew smoke into it and it stung it's self to death. 😢 A holes!
They also had scorpion fighting matches putting them up against each other and betting on the winner.
Ugh... he got yelled at for that crap. But he hates scorpions. I guess a small one tried to attack him once while he was walking along. He said he didn't provoke it or anything. He was slightly amused at how small it was but it showed no fear and rush at him with it's tail up ready to sting. He told me it reminded him of me 😛
Maybe it was! LOL
Then scorpions are smart/tricky.
Hmmm... sounds tight.
*right* sheesh...new keyboard. I swear.
Is that the actor from Good fellas?
Now that you say that, RH, the photo does resemble Ray Liotta. LOL But it's Joaquin.
It IS a contrast, though. But he may need that to determine and severe his "real" self from the image that Hollywood has given him. Maybe his look is how he feels inside right now and bravo for him for showing the world how he sees himself. People in hollywood change their appearances so much with cosmetic surgery and are so fake and project that they are so happy and carefree until you hear of their "imperfections" in character or choices and are shocked. At least he's being natural and he's not hurting anyone.
So from the Joaquin fan club: If he has to make this journey to get to peace, then I pray for him that he will secure that for himself. It appears to me that he doesn't care what people think, and that's a step in the right direction towards self-acceptance. So when he's not working for "other" people, he prefers to look like he wants to look and do what he wants to do.
And don't we all want that?
Eyes are so hot and intense. Mmm
holy crap i didnt see that interview until just now. joaquin looks like he'd rather take a bubble bath (and that's saying a lot) than sit there with david letterman. i guess he's over hollywood, but then why go through the motions if he doesnt care so much

I'm posting from my phone so I can't link the video, but has anyone seen Joaquin's Late Show interview?
As a Scorpio who has seen dark days and cocaine nights, he epitomizes how I felt and probably came off to friends and family during that time.
Anyone who thinks he was acting, doesn't know the true darkside of Scorpio men.
