What does this Scorpio want??

I am a Taurus and I like a guy who's sign is Scorpio. I have known him for like two years but never really dated cuz we live in different countries. He is from Canada and I'm from nyc so we don't really see each other a lot. I think the first night we met each other we suddenly were attracted to each other. We always been attracted to each other. He knows I like him and wanted something serious and so I did share my feelings to him and he told me He isn't ready for any commitment back then. That was year and half ago. I stop talking to him after that but now he is back again and being all nice. I recently saw him in nyc and I felt the same vibe as I did two years ago. I was visiting my parents in different town that weekend so he specially drove to have lunch with me and he spent the night so he can spend more time. I kept asking him why are you doing this? He never gives me straight answers but he did tell me that he likes me. I'm 33 and he is 30. I told him straight up I have no time for games and his bullshit. I know he finds me very pretty but is it just lust? Cuz I give him so much attitude but he takes all my shit. And no we never had sex but we did kiss. I am always mean to him since I know he told me once he isn't looking for commitment. he knows I like him and my meaness is just me trying to hide my feelings. I have shown all my cards and I feel I can never win with him. I hate him and I like him and all my friends tell me he is just a waste of time and sometimes I believe that too. But I just can't stop thinking about him and that's why I even blocked him from my phone for a year but I missed him so I unblocked him and now we talk everyday and I feel I am just gonna end up hurting myself again. It's a very weird relationship we have. Does he like me in real or does he take me as challenge? Cuz I know some men love challenge and love to chase. I feel he likes me even more cuz I don't give a shit about him and I have my feelings in control. Do you think he is a bad news for me?

I can't emphasize enough about when guys says am not ready for anything. Usually they are honest because they keep their options open or have someone else.

When people express their feelings in a LDR feel it's coming way too damn strong very short time span.

, yes physical attraction is a good thing but not enough to not respect feelings because one is going to get hurt. You can feel infatuation more so and it leave that fast because it's too much tug of war....you have to get to know him more and be friends..

Unless you physically and mentally can do LDR and possibly friendship is all the both can offer.

I happen to have heard those famous words about not ready so I end up becoming just friends and get to know that person better. Only to find out shortly may or maybe not, even be but still hold on because there is something about that person that you feel that connection is different than you have ever felt.

When that happens sometimes you get caught up in feelings and maybe it's mutual at first.. but keep in mind with a Taurus mind we don't forget what comes out your mouth or what type of behavior you do in front of me or behind their backs.

So @Op- Make sure you take no longer than 1 year or so to figure out is this the guy for you. Trust vs communication vs respectful vs personality traits because we are all flawed. So right now casually talk to him but do your thing he's not ready.
