What should i do??

Hello my fellow scorpios
I need some help, i am soooo confuse. All of you should be aware of my dramatic personal life.
So from my last post,i stated, i had a huge fight with mr libra and i decided to leave things.
Well I am getting the impression he's trying to get a rise out of me. I am not a libra or a guy. And i am also rubbish @ reading people who i have emotional connection with.
Well I went out with 12ppl from work,one of the guy from my office apologised to mr libra because a girl from my office broke a glass and cause a sene 4wks back.( I was not present when this happened)
Guy: Am sorry about the other night,girlx was really drunk thats why she knock over the glasses
Mr Libra: Dont worry that blonde girl is v.beautiful,she is welcome to break as much glasses.
The guy from my office came over to my table and told us all this,he added is mr libra for real? Girlx isnt beautiful.
I sat quiet because i thought,its got nothing to do with me.
Fastforward 2wks we are all out in mr libra bar including blonde girlx.Guy from office told girlx what mr libra said.
Girlx told guy from office....you must be kidding me,have you not notice he is always watching femmescorpion.
If you watch him,you can observe that his eyes are always following her. I dont know what game he's playing but he shouldnt get other ppl involved.
We all went out on a friday night and guy from my office told me this on the tuesday @ work. He also added,he did watch mr libra and clock him watching me.
Went out on friday for after work drinks,ran into a guy i went uni with,he was out with his work colleagues also.
Stood for 15min chatting away with this lad,looked up and mr libra and my eyes met. I looked away and continued chatting to my uni pal. My uni pal had his back to the bar,so mr libra couldnt see his face.
Am still stood chatting away,only to hear a voice behind me saying excuse me? Now i was not in the path or blocking any entrance. However my libra felt the need to walk directly behind me.
I didnt think much of it,when i returned to my colleagues,one of the girls told me,mr libra stood a few meters behind us,watching me chatting to my uni pal for 3min before walking up and asking me to "excuse him".

Later that eve,my friends and I are on the dancefloor,dancing away and enjoying some good rnb. Almost everyone was up dancing and having a swell time.I could see mr libra standing at the corner watching. Mr libra marched over to the dj and told him,to change the mu

marched over and told the dj to change the music. The Dj replied what?everyone is enjoying themselves. He replied change the music if you want to keep your job!!
WTF? The dj was fuming,he wanted to know what was mr libra problem!!

Now am asking what is the deal with mr libra?
Why is behaving like a jerk?
We both agreed,to leave it and i told him not to make eyes @ me again. So why is he watching me?
I always avoid his gaze,so i never can read his expression when he's looking at me. Or maybe am scared my eyes will betray me and tell the truth.

Help—?

Are you actually in a relationship? This guy sounds really immature, he should just TALK to you. Almost sounds like an immature scorpio, trying to make you jealous.
