World's most Scorpio country?

What would you say was the world's most "Scorpio" country? I say Russia for the following reasons...

obsessive secrecy (leading to mistrust/conspiracy theories)
the tendency of Russians to embrace suffering
brutally practical attitude
the importance of alcohol in Russian culture (apparently the Reason that Russia did not become a Moslem country was that under Islam Russians would not have been allowed to drink alcohol!)

There may be more but those are some to be going on with...
