Can someone confirm my interpretation of this spread?

I have been in a very, very difficult phase lately after a very long term relationship ended last year. I have put in a lot of work, a LOT, to heal myself and learn and grow and come into my own and become more "grounded". I have NOT been emotionally available for a relationship (which was pointed out to me by another well-known psychic who did a reading for me months ago). But I am starting to become more grounded again and feel like in 2018 I will be much more open to love again. That is my gut feeling.

I crossed paths with a man. I do NOT know him well at all. But I would like to know him. I'm very attracted and intrigued by him. I am not sure if he is single or in an on/off relationship or what his deal is. All I know is in the past when I have these strong instant attractions to someone they always turn into something even if its not right away. When I first saw him my gut went "oh my, who is this man? Oh dear, not now! I'm still not ready to meet someone! But omg who is he? NO, I am not ready yet!". And he has been on my radar from a distance ever since. A couple months now.

So I did a relationship reading asking for the possible outcome of this situation and I pulled:

Now to ME the hermit felt bang on. I am still not ready and still in a very deep introspective phase and grounding myself. But the star and sun are very hopeful cards. And the world in completion. And I feel like the world represents the completion of this hermit phase in my life and moving into relationship in the future (the star feels very "in the future/hopeful").

I just do a simple 3 card spread. No past/present/future or anything like that. Just three cards to interpret the message.

And sometimes I pull a clarifier to clarify the overarching theme/message.

Ay, thanks for this interpretation! I think you were spot on. Let's see...I posted that over 2 months ago....and it is safe to say I am still in the cycle/phase of healing and growth. It was a very long autumn. I would say I have been in this hermit phase for over a year now but autumn is when I really hit a stride. Very deep introspection. I did NOT want a relationship. I felt like I didn't even know myself still and still had some major hang-ups.

But I will say, crossing paths with him did help me get that much clearer on who I am. And that it was something I needed to really come to grasps with. So it all happened for a reason.

Lately, I feel the phase coming to a close sometime this year. I've been in moving into a phase of fearlessness. I've taken up snowboarding, I am really applying myself in my belly dancing and picking up my writing again and evolving it. And focusing on the things I want to manifest that align with who I am. In a space of a lot of self-love now. Coming after a very, very intense...at times very depressing..phase that addressed a lot of self-esteem issues. Facing and resolving those self-esteem issues has been instrumental in getting me to this place of strength, tenacity and self-love.

So I would say you were bang-on!

Cheers to 2018! I feel much better lately. Energy is much lighter and loving.I feel strong again. I got a tattoo on my wrist on NYE of the triple moon symbol. It felt very fitting.

I did a reading for myself for 2018 and I pulled the 10 of pentacles, star and magician. So, hopefully all this intense self-work this past year will see the pay off this year.

In think the interpretation of tarot and the messages come from strong bonds with others, so when someone is new and there;s not yet a strong relationship then the cards often direct their messages back onto you - because these answers come from your energy.

I also think there's too many cards here for someone you don't know well so maybe try a different spread about whether a relationship has potential rather than feelings for you?
