My bull friend has been in my life for about 8 years now. About 7 years ago we dated for a couple years since then he has got married and recently divorced.

We remained friends But whilst I was going through a hard time with my now ex fiancé, without even asking how I feel about it he promptly told me I should just leave him.

Once again the other day I found out my ex wants to try again which I don't. Which I told him when we spoke. He again was very clear that if I don't want to then I should not go back and after explaining why, he did not agree with my reasoning but still said "even so I still don't think you should be with him anyway"

I always thought we were able to be friends and vent etc but have recently realised he hates discussing my ex and his ex. I always ask how he is doing and feeling and call her by name but he never has asked me how things are going or how I'm feeling and refers to him as HIM even though he knows his name. And couldn't get off the phone fast enough.

To me I have had no signs he is specifically interested. He is just very gentlemanly, always there whenever I need him even if he has to call me in the middle of work. But I know taureans are amazing friends anyway

maybe he just doesn't have the same tolerance as you do for supporting you going through you stuff - I mean he might be supportive in other ways - I know I got sensitive to my friends troubles with her husband because according to her he was being abusive but when I look back, I see it differently now because her and I are no longer friends and I realized that I truly only had her side of the story so I really don't know what the deal was ...
