In too deep? - non-sexual ;)

Ok. Some of you know my posts & know I'm taking an active approach in dating including online & word of mouth.

So. Since Friday I've been having this flirt battle with this Taurus. (The only Taurus I've know is a dear friend of mine who's a model & cocky so I can't reference him. Plus he's admittedly scarred with women...)

Basically I decided to be extremely bold & ask out new Taurus. I told him I got him a stuffed animal (context too long to include) and he needed to collect it as soon as possible. He responded back right away that he would collect it late tonight! I was like "uh oh I didn't mean tonight! (Or to imply anything provocative)". I explained it to him and he replied laughingly saying I was the one who said as soon as possible & his soonest was tonight at 11. He was already on his way to work but I responded a bit later amending the invitation to a decent hour/day at a neutral location. Anticipating reply currently; slightly miffed he hasn't asked for my number yet...

Guys guys, give me advice! Does that prospect seem promising? He's a bit older than I usually go out with but I'm extremely drawn to him.

+1 Agreed....its almost christmas and i'm still thinking whether i should get my bull anything!!...and I"m so in love with him .....how long have you talked to him for— is this the first time you meeting?

@Sun & @Damn no I didn't get him anything. We had chatted about an elephant awhile back and he said he really wanted one. So the next day I told him I got him one that was cute but couldn't fly & that he needed to collect him as soon as possible (as an opener to hang out). I thought it was going the right direction when he replied back straight away but 1. He didn't respond in kind like I thought he would when he got home from work & 2. He updated his profile basically saying he's not really looking to hang out & gets on when bored to play the match game; that romance is secondary is his life currently. So! On to the next one I guess. Too bad, I thought he was really cool & although he had distinctive features - was really attractive. That does explain why he didn't ask or offer his phone number

Clarify - he responded back as soon as he got off work but didn't mention hanging out so I took that as cue that he didn't want to. He just mentioned random/polite conversation.

I definitely don't want to send out desperate vibes it's just I'm ready to date & haven't felt this way in a long time (nothing emotional or traumatic it's just I usually don't find guys in wholly attracted to and lately it seems they've come out of the woodwork!) but I will heed your and my best friends advice and just chill and talk to multiple guys @ once 🙂

Oooooh mmmm my Taurus friend usually asks me to hang out but never follows through so I accept but never put it into date book. We've hung out a few times but with his girl friends or girls he's interested in he's pretty outgoing because he likes to show off. After awhile though the girls leave him because he just wants to stay in and cuddle.

If we're interested in someone we could never let them pay. We see it as a form of investment. We invest our time and money.

He's not into me like that though. I think I am his only female friend and he cares a lot about me. I care a lot about him too 😄

He's adorable. He'll make one lucky woman very happy one day as long as she has the common sense to let him be as stubborn as he wants. I asked him once what kind of a woman is he looking for:

-older preferably
-knows what she wants
-smart but has a complete opposite way of seeing life than I do
-initiates everything
