...just called me to inform me he's marrying his longterm Taurus girlfriend.

Yay! Finally one good news. December sucked so much.

I spoke with the Taurus on the phone..she was very happy obviously. Can't wait to see the ring he picked lol.

9 years twinkle..only took him 9 years. LOL

but he did have severe commitment issues after his divorce with my mom.

they get along really well. same wavelenght. sun trine sun, moon trine moon, venus trine venus, mars placements are sextile.

but with this piece of news and yours..maybe this year wasn't so bad after all. started with a funeral, ending it with the thought of two weddings. i'm just happpy when good people find each other. i love him lots, he deserves to be happy.

now if my leo mom would call me to tell me she's also marrying the taurus she cheated on my dad with..might not be that happy. i will secretly brood but i'd still want the best for her too.

Right now it's a problem with her parents because they never agreed with the age difference. But since they've been together for 9 years I think her Taurus mom and Aries dad know somewhere in their hearts that things might turn serious. It's just an issue of diplomacy. They were on their way to her parents..waiting for his call to know he didn't get beat up lol.

I found it hilarious that my dad told me on the phone "It's only fair, she wants stability"

Age difference should be something that is embraced because if they are the right people for each other, then they are the right people for each other.

Hell, there are probably more people that are together in the 'acceptable' age difference range that are unhappy.
