The rules are simple ladies. I'll not insult anyone grown and sexy, but for the rest of the rabble here's some firm facts to keep things on a nice even status quo. Ready? Here we go.

1. You cannot change a man. Ever.

2. You love him with everything in you, just as he stands or NEXT!

3. Refer to number one.

4. Suck it the fruck UP.

Any and all pointers, tips and advice will eventually circle back round to this. He will leave up the toilet seat, he will embarrass you from time to time. He will at times be callous and cold to your feminine sensibilities. He may not get the point ( or maybe he did 3 years ago and mentally moved on ). He will fart in bed and on you. He will scratch his nuts. He will wag his penis at you and expect a response. He may pick his nose. He will be a complete baby when he's ill. He will raise his voice to you. He is allowed to retain and keep his friends of BOTH SEXES and really that should be a non-issue here. He will argue with you. He will make you furious. He will leave hair in the sink or toenail trimmings in odd places. He will latch hold of your ass in public.
He will also be your strength, your guidance and your anchor. He will make you laugh. He will love your body and mind deep into the night. His arms will be the ones round you at night. His shoulder will be the one you cry on. His eyes will be the ones that shine into yours with pride when you give him children. He will be the one using the muscle to put food on the table and warmth into every room. He will be the one giving you himself. His last name, his heart, his pride. Give it the respect it is due.

So remember ladies, they're not as complicated as you think they are. Hell, they're not as complicated as THEY think they are. So let's get our shit together here. Please and thank you. Forever and ever Amen.

i personally like it when men are the way vb described. i'm not fond of the smelly farts but i understand they happen and, let's face it, farts are part of the original joke.

everything else is not even a thing. in fact, i find them to be silly and almost endearing. i laugh at the farts, i chuckle at his wagging penis, and i like it when he walks around butt naked. all this amounts to him being super comfortable with me which is exactly how i prefer things.

wow this is great. it makes everything seem simple as puppy love. i fell in love with men all over again. i guess everytime i need a fresh start or reminder i will read this post.

Men really are beautiful things. I've always thought so. Annoying, maddening, elusive, puzzling, but so beautiful. We get too wrapped up in high emotion and 2nd guessing that we lose sight of what's important. And sometimes it IS as easy as that flow from woman to man and back again. Most men are truly good at heart, and we need to be reminded occasionally. Not to lose that because we've had one great example of one that wasn't really the right fit for us. Have to keep that pretty pony head tossed up proudly, with a smile on your face. Keep on trucking. Walls are a defensive measure against hurt and a natural one, but if you've built something unbreachable it means no one can get in. And what a sad old place that is. And I don't just say that to you, but also to myself. Often. 🙂
