What did you ask in the DM? Virgos are known to be very practical to where the rest of us cant interpret interest or just plain helpfulness/casual. Maybe she thought you werent interested? Virgos are hard to read, y'all dont flirt like normal people. I suggest you speak to her, try and flirt a bit, show interest...or compliment her or something to show you care.

Taurus sometimes run hot and cold if they doubt that the person they like is interested in them too...they over analyze a lot, so one day she could be cold cause she interpreted something you did last week as you not liking her etc. They play their cards safe, she wont be proclaiming her love for you, you gotta get comfortable with her, show her you care, and you will notice subtle ways she shows she cares. (Remembers details you tell her, asks questions, is around you generally more, tries to talk to you, gives you her attention - taurus will ignore most people they arent bothered with so if she acknowledges you, you're on good terms lol.)

I think it's a mix of different things. Taurus is usually very flirtatious and it can be perceived as having an interest. It can also be conscious to see if she can succeed if she wants you or simply natural charm that comes of as attention seeker. Taurus craves alot of attention but usually from somone special like a crush.

To be fair I wasn't really interested at first, I gave up on looking for love long ago. It's just like somehow she woke up my feelings I buried deep inside of me. When we spoke at work it seemed like there was some special connection and I was doing my best to flirt back when she came. I thought I was probably overthinking and imagining so I wasn't going all in. What I texted her was just casual talk. I don't know maybe she was hoping for something more or maybe it was just in my head and she was just friendly, but I had that gut feeling. I guess I will never find out what was that all about. Just wanted to hear some opinions. Being Virgo sucks, sometimes I just want to kill my brain.

just theory - I am Taurus and I like confidence in a man. You might express that through your work ethic and projects with her and that is what appeals to her and why she is interested in siding up to you at work. But that may be all. I would sense the hesitation in your confidence when it came to broadening what you thought was already there. You may need more time to figure that part out since you are sensitive to a previous disappointment.

It's exactly like you say, once you get to trully know Virgos it's different story. I rarely express my true emotions, but as I wrote before that's my brain, always thinking and analyzing outcomes of my actions... It's especially hard when you did it once before and got hurt or embarrased yourself. I wish it could be different and I always try my best, but maybe it's just not enough for others.

My interest is a virgo and hes the most frustrating person for me...I'm a taurus sun, hes emotionless and slow and wish-washy as virgos are. As a taurus i get frustrated cause im very passionate and all in...so I tend to withdraw if I sense hes not into it. I say try to talk to her more...focus on a friendship and see where it goes from there. She probably sees you as not being interested in her instead of vice versa lol. You guys are hard to read!
