Lol i do this EXACT same thing, confident enough to stare you down but wont talk to you. There was a Virgo i was looking at for a while i would stare at her and i don't think she ever had someone do that before because she wasn't that good at it.
Then one day she sits in the seat next to me...i knew she wanted me to talk to her but i just wasn't ready Taurus males will read everything about you while the observance, like how do you act with your friends are you adventurous? superficial? ect. also another time i was doing it to an Aries gal and she sat down by me...and of course expected me to talk to her and when i didn't she got impatient and let out an aggressive sigh Lol. as for approaching him or not i love it when women do, but a lot of women think its wrong? i guess that depends on the male...if hes gonna make you look bad because of it? i don't know feel him out then. Hope this helped.

What usually gets you to pursue a woman or at least reach out and communicate?
Approachable, aloofness, etc.
Most Taurus males I know have come right up to me and stated their intentions.
I usually find a very easy connection that takes very little effort on my part for them to communicate with me.
I also find them to be very responsive when I reach out to them.
What usually gets you to pursue a woman or at least reach out and communicate? -- Well after a certain amount of time of watching if i see shes not going to talk to me i will try to talk to them, what usually happens is they get bored quick and just lose interest then i think i didn't want her if shes like that then Lol, but just eventually realize most women wont approach so you just gotta grow a pair. it would probably be at least WEEKS of glancing. i have to be SURE they are interested in me first though. I now a few like me and i think its funny how girls would have to go through all of this and there isn't even anything that special about us in the end. and they are responsive when you reach out because they are plodders...thinking about calling you and you initiating takes a bit of stress off them to initiate ( we are the sign next to aggression and initiation so we lack it the most).click to expand
