what happened? confused by Taurus man

things were going really well with a Taurus man I was seeing. he was very interested in me.. took me out to nice dinners, dancing, drinks, etc. we had good chemistry and I figured we were on the same page. after a couple months of seeing each other he made it clear that he didn't want to be exclusive yet and wanted to just continue hanging out and getting to know each other. this was fine but we ended up hooking up and things haven't been the same since. he hasn't spoken to me in over a week. this post probably doesn't make much sense but thats really the gist of it. I'm very confused. are all Taurus men this flaky? what should my next move be or should I just completely through him to the curb? I really do not understand what happened.

One more thing.. when he tried to have sex with me I told him I wasn't ready. I don't know if this influenced anything in any way but thought I'd share. it was after that night he stopped talking to me.

Taurus do not take rejection very well...men or women....Believe me he is into you..Im not saying it's not possible but Taurus men are not big on just having a relationship based on sex...Don't stop your life waiting on him but you might want to show concern and email him or text him and feel him out.😉

So did you have sex with this guy or not? Hooking up usually means one form of sex or the full hog, which is it? Yes, it means a lot in evaluating this situation especially after he made it clear he didn't want anything exclusive. That was your cue to express your needs and wants which are equally important.

My best guess based on my experience is that if it must be generalized about Taurus men, they are very good at 'do what I say not what I do', especially when it comes to sex. They tend to respect and like a girl who cuts him off at the pass first with her expectations. He likes to know where he stands with a woman. If he has sex with a woman after telling her not to expect more from him, well, that's what you're gonna get. YOU have to know what you want, state it clearly and follow through even though he'll test you to see if you'll falter. He wants to be sure you're worth his time and are not easily swayed or care about being a people pleaser which equates to wishy-washy which = someone he can't rely on.

Taurus men IMO, want a woman who has her own mind, body & soul firmly in grasp and won't offer it up to just anyone. It can seem hypocritical as the Taurus man can be quite a player but when he wants to get serious, he knows how to act and needs to see that in his partner.

I texted him last night and asked him if he wanted to go dancing (which was our thing when we were seeing each other.) he said we should get coffee and talk a bit. I invited him over but he got caught up with work so I just said you let me know when you have time. Haven't heard from him yet...
I like him and that is why I would rather wait to sleep with him. I want to build something more solid instead of letting it become something purely physical. So he should be flattered that I wasn't ready to sleep with him. In my book (I'm a saggie, obv) it's a good thing!

That's alright. Look, if you're feeling down... I'm kinda getting my second wind and I"m not so sleepy anymore... I could get up and keep you company? Fiery elements flaring up can really be a pain, I had that problem after I visited this asian place once, took two shots to put out the flames in fact.

I don't know about vb with the drugs, but at age 39 they can be awful handy on those days when I find that my get up and go has got up and went. *shrug*
