WHAT TO BUY MY TAURUS GUY

Ok I need some help, I like to buy little gifts for my friends and just people I care about. I was out with my T Guy over the weekend, we were at dinner and I said "I was going to get you a friendship card today, damn I forgot" and he said "well I really don't like cards I don't keep them" and I said not even the ones that are special in words? and he said no.

He said that he likes soft silk shirts, and linen shirts, etc..so I said "I am not buying you no clothes" he also said a new watch, but we are not like that" but it is good to know.

So what do you buy a Taurus that they will appreciate and keep.

What kind of hobbies or interests does he have?

He loves to singing, he loves oldies R&B and he loves to read he has read Malcom X three times, but I don't really know exactly what types of book he likes to read. I don't really want to buy him a book.

Well I did tell him that I was going to buy him a CD rack but I want to buy him something special...You know what I mean TG

How about some cool retro pillows?!! (to go with his old school tunes) What's his decor like? And pracical is good with something that stands out as something special from his sweet SL. 🙂 Did you think of engraving something useful?

Is he into/need lights, lamps, that's cool & can be very artsy/original/special.

Stuff for his yard? Does he have a yard?

Or plants for indoors. My ex still loves his! lol It was bamboo one which is good luck, it had a cool pot with special stones in it.

well even as a girl, i don't like it when ppl buy clothes for me (since i'm really picky and have a distinct taste), so good doing with the no-clothes thing, Scorpionlady.

and i simply wouldn't want to receive anything that i could easily get myself (like neccesities). i would want something sweet and creative -- something that i will treasure and joyously remember for years to come (being a sentimentalist and all; stupid cancer moon..) lol.

i actually like cards (there goes my cancer moon again..), but he's a guy, so i understand where he's coming from.

HOWEVER, i think keychains are cool, too.. and perhaps if you get one of those keychains where you can imprint your picture on it, that would be tight, as well.

but hmmmm.. other than that, i don't really know what else to say, since i'm a girl.. but a keychain is something that i definitely wouldn't disagree with.

He does not have a decor, actually he has a roommate and they just moved so I don't know what what they are going to do as far as decorating the place, he did make a commenting about getting a new dinning room table, he does not like the one he has and he said that maybe one day might want to fix me dinner and sit the table up so maybe I could get him some long stem candles and the candle holders. What do you think?

No he has no yard he lives in a condo.


I understand what you mean by something more lasting than some shirt; take him out to a good book store and watch what he's interested in (most have music there as well). Then surprise him and buy what he was interested in at the store.

That sounds good, I am supposed to see him this weekend maybe we will do that.

I like the keychain idea.

I know he loves music and I have brought some of my old school music for him to copy and he liked those. We will sing them to each other and slow dance, so cool and romantic but he makes me blush and smile a lot when he sings to me.

Maybe I should buy him a Kereoke machine? LOL

Most taureans like beautiful things that are unique-one of a kind..although being the sentimentalists that we are we will be happy with whatever u have got for us..since u hav taken so much effort in selecting somethng..

I would suggest buying him some good music and since he has mentioned the silk shirt..u cud probably try and gift him that too..since u are dating him, by now u would be well aware of what kind of shirts look good on ur guy..also how about a leather wallet? That should be a cool gift...shows u are practical and he would always be carrying it around.

Well I found out what to buy him and that is a book, He wants to read the Soul of a Man, he is so into Malcom X he has read it 4 times already and in the book it talkes about other books that Malcom X has read.
