we dated earlier this yr. in fact, there's an old thread i made regarding it. we dated too soon after my last relationship and i told him i wasnt ready. so we stopped. he moved out of town for work. but also is in town roughly once a month for work. and we've kinda rekindled the old flame in the last few weeks.

he was just in town for the last week and left this morning taking his bff/colleague/roommate/also good friend of mine, with him. sort of a last hoorah for the two of them. ending a good run in vegas while they were working a project. and now they're off to do the same in the east coast. completely sentimental weekend for a bunch of us.

there's really no saying what will happen with hundreds of miles in between. but we're certainly going to make an effort to be with each other. no labels. no responsibility. no expectations ...thus far.

i see it going somewhere. i hope he does too. i'm just not sure if he does. the age ol question!!!!! and i'm not letting the uncertainty kill me. but i am dying. LOL

Ah, man. That might be more of a Venus/Mars thing, but as far as Sun/Moon... There's of course the sensual, warm, cuddly Taurus Sun coupled with a rather detached, "cold", independent and free emotional side. Aquarius Moons, I'd say we love feeling the "higher" side of emotions, longing, missing our loved one, wishing from afar. As for me personally, I like playing the push and pull game, being almost unnoticeably flirty than pulling away awaiting for your turn. I don't need to hear "I love you's" for a very long time, I'm fascinated by the platonic side of love. Again, Venus and Mars play a big role here. It takes me a while to find the right person to fall in love with, but when I do the feeling is there for good regardless if there are any "taboos" involved or not, such as age difference or social status. Almost the unconditional, blind love. As far as expectations go, give us the freedom to do our thing you you will be rewarded with love in an only way we know how to love, by giving you freedom to be yourself as well. I've said something on the subject before:

Lunar Aquarius doesn't see the opposite sex as that big of a deal emotionally. Lunar Aqua won't get all nervous and tangly around the person they have feelings for. Perhaps a bit too on the laid-back side, hence the "cold and aloof" rep. Detached is just something I see as another word for independent in this case. Aquarius Moons can and like to handle their problems on their own.

We might feel awkward showing emotions towards an individual, that's for sure. Aquarius Moon will be more comfortable expressing itself in a crowd of people fighting for the same cause than in a one-on-one. We might have trouble making you feel special, it might seem to you like our friends are more or equally important to us as you are. Like family. You might feel like you don't have any privileges. But that doesn't have to be discouraging in any way. Human behavior truly fascinates us hence the rep of this placement being good with people. We really are interested in hearing everyone's story.

No probs. It's very true with the platonic love. I've been in love with a man for 4 years, never told him, never hinted him, never touched him, just loved from afar. My feelings never subsided. I simply knew that we both knew and that was enough to keep me going. That longer than necessary eye contact I'll never forget, hah! Almost felt high and mightly because I was able to love so profoundly for so long.

Seems I share quite a few placements with your guy, Sun, Moon & Venus. My info might even be accurate lol!

I think a lot of bulls feel the same way about Caps. You folks don't realize your own power over bulls. The class, the intelligence, the beauty, the drive, the mystery and the way you reserve your emotions, and that little bit of darkness that I know *I* as a bull find so attractive. You are like the Scorpio of the earth signs, IMO. You come off as extremely confident. It is very intimidating. I would advise maintaining as much emotional restraing as you can, for as long as you can. I don't mean that you should play games, but I think its true that familiarity breeds contempt and you always want to maintain an air of mystery. This is *just* my opinion (I know there are some bulls here that think you should always be more forthcoming), but if you dump everything on a bull and let them know you are head-over-heels too early, I think they will just give you a lot less. We tend towards the path of least energy expenditure.

A little story - This happened to me with a Cap once. I was looking for a boxing gym closer to my house and a new one had opened up down the street. I checked it out online and it was not really my thing - more of a cardio boxing, and no sparring. But I saw the MOST beautiful trainer there, also a fitness model. I was entranced by how beautiful she was. I checked her Facebook which was linked from there and she was a Cap. I went and signed up immediately just to SEE her in person. She was the first person I saw and she was stunning. I could barely maintain eye contact I was so nervous. She RADIATED strength. I didn't flirt, and really tried to keep my cool and be about business, as she was completely - so professional. I signed up and all that. Long story short, when I came back for the class, I brought a male friend, and I was super confident. I charmed her. She wrapped my hands, and I was cracking jokes the whole time, many at my own expense, and she was laughing hard. After the class she came over to talk. I've boxed for a while and she was very complimentary. 'I can tell you've done this before', 'you look really good out there', etc. etc. She hadn't led the class but had just watched it, but was demanding that I come to her early morning class (it was like a 6am class - way too early

(it was like a 6am class - way too early for my lazy arse). And I just felt with the whole chemistry now, especially how she was looking at me, she was very interested. Her whole demeanor had changed, and that cool/aloof professionalism had transformed into this really sweet/girlish flirtatiousness. I never went back to that class. I was kinda dating another chick, and being too lazy to pursue anyone, it was enough of an ego consolation that I felt I had won her over, and *could* have bagged her up if I had the energy. Thrill of the chase (which for a bull is really the seduction), was gone.

As for the advice??_ I think I'll be taking it. Not sure which placements are to blame for this, but my feelings are pretty heavy when they are strong. I don't need anyone to confirm that for me lol??_ I know they are scary. They scare me. I think in general people tend to appreciate the many ways I can show my feelings, or even say it without actually saying it. It may seem to mean more when actions are used. And yes??_ it shows self control, deliberation, premeditation, thoughtfulness, etc. And these things have a tendency to resonate with our deepest hopes and feelings.

My mom thinks i should play a game or two, my sister thinks im too available...even he challeneged me to play games with him...an obvious sign of boredom. Im just not interested in it.

I just go hot and cold....repeating that cycle until ive frozen and iced a person out. Sucks if all someone wanted was a little excitement. I understand a little more now though.

Yeah, the darkness thing - I'm a 3rd decan bull (Saturn is the sub-ruler) and have a Cap Asc. though so maybe I'm different. When I was really little I remember watching the He-Man cartoon, and I fell in love with the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull. I mean I literally fell in love with a cartoon Sorceress. I had dreams about her and everything. It was a really intense feeling too. LOL! I always would find myself attracted to the good witches (and sometimes bad) in movies. I mean I don't want to be with a witch, but I like that dark edginess - always have. I like the idea of a bad girl, turned good, and I usually wind up with women like that. They can still tap into their naughty/darker/seductive side in certain areas. hahahah...All the Caps I know seem to like darker things, wear black a lot, have that sharp skeptical side and dark cynical humor and sarcasm that is so attractive. They seem to like the murkier more melancholy type of music, etc. You have a lot of Cap, and a lot of Scorp in your chart so it makes sense that you have that kind of energy, and I'm sure (given the pics I've seen), your bull is VERY attracted to you. Just play it cool for a bit. Bulls take so long for their emotions to develop, if you fall early and let the floodgates open, just by the natural course of things, they tend to wind up in a power position, and what you want is equality and mutual respect. just my two cents...

Inana let me clarify/qualify with some extra details. I think I portrayed it as a little too much of a game. The reality was I had my sights set on someone else at the time (which usually means I'm dead-set on that person and not much can sway me), this Cap girl was SO powerfully attractive to me that it really lured me in and away from my current interest. Truth is I was very intimidated by her and deep down felt I wasn't actually good enough for her. I find I feel this often with Cap women - they just come off as so mature and serious and responsible...so classy and elegant. So I had a lot of counterbalancing factors (besides being lazy) that made it easier to just take the consolation prize of feeling as though I had won her over a bit, rather than really take the risk and face the fear of rejection. It wasn't some straightforward "Oh, I can have that. I'm not interested" sort of thing. I shouldn't have portrayed it that way, though I *do* think seeing her light up so early was a factor that made it very easy for me to walk away from the attraction. And I'm Leo dominant so maybe more prone to be egocentric and vain than other bulls.

And of the guys I've fallen for, the guys that I held out on until I couldn't hold out any longer for whatever legit reason (cuz they were! i'm really not much for the games either) are the guys that pursued the relationship through to the end and flipped out when it ended.

The rest didnt do their share of the emotional work and karma got them in the end. If you can't see what you have when you have it, then you don't deserve it. I imagine you feel exactly the same.

In sum, all of this conditioned me to kick back a little and enjoy myself in the dating world. Suppress the expectations, because they never seem to serve us well. I mean truly??_ when you want one thing, and it's visible, you end up getting the opposite.

I'll be 31 soon and I finally??_ FINALLY??_ believe I know what to look for and what to avoid. In others and in myself. Hopefully I know enough to find long term happiness in a relationship.

I don't know about bulls and LDR. Some people say we need the closeness and touch, but I was able to do it myself in the past, and really focused on school and career at that time (she cheated though). As long as there is some sort of hope of you all meeting up eventually, its worth a shot.

As per long distance thing... it sucks..~ I feel you.. however with aqua moon..~ i seem to just " know" if it feels right with that person...as scary as this sound...i just KNOW this bull is the " one " for me... crazy? i'm not fish...i'm no water...I just know....
I have been in relationships before..long term ones..and i should have listened to my instinct alot sooner..that they weren't meant for me..but i pushed to make it work.....however with this bull the week we had together was magic..it was almost unbearable kind of attachment ~ we were so attached and even my moon wasn't helping.. he made me feel like a 5 year old.. no man ever made me feel that way before... I was so vulnerable.. to the point of sobbing crying the last day he had to leave.... he also felt the pain...~ fast foward 1 .5 months later...he made a decision not to do anything with me because leaving each other would be way too hard....n whats the point of retreiving everything we had for a moment thing.... moving would not be possible as we only spent 1 week together~ how are we to know we will make a life long partnership...~ he was so stubborn..i only managed to hold his hands!!!!

My aqua moon kicked in and decided to text him saying " LIfe is not measured by how many breaths we take ..but moments that take our breaths away...i'm going to detach myself now and get back to reality"...

ofcozzzzz that hurt him....1 week later i sent him a song and saying i would still like to keep in touch..~ listen to it " say goodbye " by Skillet..." its been 6 days and still silence...

@TLS...That makes more sense and *sigh* at that darn fear of rejection thing between the two. My Taurus and I seem to be at our end, but I realized in my madness of texts that I sent ending things, I never gave him an opportunity to explain himself, apologize, correct mistakes...nothing. I just went off and now I see I didn't leave anything open in fear of what he'd say...in fear that he'd reject moving forward in any way. Not to make excuses for him, or blame it all on me, but to understand MY actions more...and roots of fear were there once I analyzed them.
