I'm thinking of getting a taurus ink (symbol + a bull)

I dont but my old HS friend went and got a bull on her lower back with smoke coming from the nose...
I swore it ws tacky!

They have different connotations in different cultures. They were mostly used as rites of passage for things like marriages, wars, and occupation when you look at tattoos like moko.

They also branded criminals.

I'd probably never get a Taurus tattoo. The fuck you I'm a Taurus aren't you jealous connotation is just not my style . My tattoos are in places I can look at them, they are for me.

and you know, I'm not a big fan of zodiac tattoo's. It just screams one dimension to me. I have 4 inner planets in Taurus but just that simple alone isn't the best representation of me.

Couple weeks ago i was searching for some kind of symbolism for Venus and Mercury, and i thought well if Aphrodite's and Hermes had a child that would be it. But it turns out... Oh! that where we get the word for hermaphrodite. But then ok I have a 9th house stellium, so what are the accounts between her and Zeus. Oh! they had a cursed, deformed, retarded child. Ok nvm.

There is one artist that makes these great zodiac designs that I would love to see as a tattoo one day, but its a bit masculine.
