A country should be judged by the condition of its public toilets. Agree? Wonder where the best/least disgusting ones are? Japan, maybe?

I have heard that the ones there are pretty disgusting. Also apparently spitting in public by men in China is extremely common and accepted (mucus and all!) 😢
The worst one I have ever seen was in Hungary many years ago.
