My first big blow up! Help!

The other day my sister (scorpio) had erked me at least 2 times before the evening set in. That night she unplugged the internet modem. Which knocked me off the internet. I had been downloading a file for 4 hours and it had 15 minutes left. I was so mad I did not know what to do. I just wanted to beat something. It scared me. She was down stairs and I was upstairs. I was scared to go down stairs afraid I was going to hit her or lay her out. What can i do if this happens again? Please help

Thanks Layna. My sis is almost 7 years older. My moms a scorpio too, but my mom and sister act like total opposites. Anyway I draw all the time and I never thought to channel that anger into my drawings. Thanks again

Thanks guys. I usually let music bring me down but it didn't work. I know now to channel it into something productive.

I don't like to fight. We fought once over her stupid ex-boyfriend and it was horrible. Plus we're a really close family and I would get lectures from every aunt and uncle, grandma and cousin I have. I'm over it now

Writing poetry or taking a round of shadow boxing, works for me.
