If virgo really really loves you,op. Then he will be willing to wait for you till the end of the time. It just depends on attraction/connection we have with you. Virgo lowkey but secretly love deep connections. If we find you're the person we can have this connection with, then he will definitely wait for you. You sound like you really like this person. Are you willing to breakup with your bf for this man? If that is the matter, be sure to know that he isnt really just being a flirt or a charmer. I think the loyalty stems in part from wanting to maintain inertia (not wanting to start/end relationships. too much work). The other part of the loyalty come in trying to find absolute perfection, a partner, a true mate, your step-for-step match. When we finally find it (naturally, it's hard to find) we don't want to let go of it.
Additionally virguys don't make "serious" moves unless you make him feel safe in his advancements, and are an absolute replica of his dream girl. You really need to be perfection incarnate of his ideal woman.
I believe virgos truly value personality, intelligence, and substance (the sh*t people say they care about but really don't) more than any other sign. You can't just be hot. Virgo guys i have known are flirty. They are really not commited types. I myself am a virgo, and i really like to be friendly it just is sort of playfulness i have with people. But if i am in a relationship i totally and naturally am loyal. I cant even think of cheating on that person, not even in dream. Virgo when truly in love are very loyal i believe. I know virgo men too who are loyal in relationships, its nature of man to be somehow flirty. But eventually they will tell you to not think of being in love with them. This person sounds charming, so because of this maybe he is unhappy with his current love. I think he means what he says. And he doesnt eventually loves the person at all as he is saying things about her being boredom to him. He can be loyal but if he isnt in love, how can he be loyal to his girlfriend?
