The steps it takes for a Virgo to love you
I am dating a virgo man and he has kids by another woman. This is my first time being with a man with kids. He spends lots of time with his kids and sometimes do things with the kids and the kids mother. I care about him but this is hard knowing that he is spending time with another woman. What should I do to assure him that I support him in this. Now being a taurus woman I am used to being put first in all my relationships so this makes me a little jealous. I have been very patient with him even when he's late or I don't see him everyday. I want him really bad and want to keep him. What can I do to make him head over heels for me?
oh yeah I forgot. He is always telling me he loves me more than I know and we have talked about being togther forever. Does he mean what he says. how are virgo's with family.
Has he ever done anything that makes you believe without assumptions that he is giving the mother some kind of special attention?
Have you ever thought that it is important for him to have a relationship with the mother (doesn't mean it is romantic) for the well being and healthy upbringing of his child? Isn't that a good thing for you because that shows that he's an honest man.

The earnest truth of his situation is that he could never cut ties with his ex wife because of his child. There will always be a required level on your part to deal with this... and if you can't, sadly, he probably won't be abandoning his child for you. You're going to have to do some compromise and be realistic about his situation and your needs.

He has lied to me to spare my feelings about his situation. I forgave him for that. I tell him over and over that I will support him if he is honest with me about the situation. I have never even met the mother but have spent time with his kids.

Medulla, well we are talking a guy who is 52 and has had just one gf in his life, and that was 20 years ago. He, for reasons not fully known, chose to live life alone, and until the dreaded me came along, had done very well that way thankyou very much, lol. Only been talking now for 6 weeks, but I liked him for almost 5 years before that. It is a long story really, but I am shy so my liking him, took the form of my simply hanging about everywhere he happened to be(because I liked him so much I was afraid to actually speak), which he in turn saw as stalking, and yes, lol. Suddenly after so long, he took a decision to talk to me, and we have spent most days together since. It isn't something that happens very often really, and I am quite shocked still that it turned out as it has. But he does test me, very much so, as he is very active, full of energy, and likes to test my limits. But yes, the holding hands is something I had wanted to do with him, but I was too afraid to initiate, so he did. If I can bring some joy into his life, that is what matters to me most.

You are so passionate, what a love story! I have to ask, were you guys friends at all before your union? And I really can't believe you secretly liked him for that long! Was there anything in particular about him that kept you around, unbeknownst to him? Love works in such mysterious ways. I met a guy one time who fell in love with a girl who worked at In N Out in California so he ate there a couple times a week for months just to take a glimpse at her yet, never really had the nerve to ask her out on a date. I guess the girl finally got the hint and ended up asking him out first, they are now married. Isn't that sweet?

Medulla, it was instant, it sounds insanely irrational, but it was literally as soon as I saw him, there was something there, and it never left (as hard as I tried to get rid to it, lol).There was nothing physical in it, I did not know him from Adam, but there was just something there. I am quite rational in mind,(piscean moon though darnit) so it was very difficult. We were not friends at all, he told people I was stalking him and I told the same people I liked him, lol. I think those people are quite stunned now, seeing us shopping together and cycling together when they had watched us for almost five years, me obviously interested and he trying to run. I was very surprised he spoke to me, when I had worked very hard to sort of move on, to a degree that I would not even look at him. The situation sort of reversed after a few years and he started watching me, and staring in my eyes as if he was trying to read me. It is a very strange situation. I do not know where it will end, who knows? I do hope that it will last, and that he will be my partner for the rest of my life, but you know, it is early days and he is always telling me to not take anything too seriously in life.
