virgo XMAS presents

she just retired, and needs a hobby, or something to relax, i dunno, what u get a virgo mom?

I have a Virgo mom as I am a Virgo myself. I would say that usually, they are very tidey people, why not go shopping for something to keep the house clean. For example, maybe a dust buster, some new products to keep the clothes clean, or even try getting her something that would be less of a strain on her, for instance, my mother is always bending her back to clean the floors (because we have Cherry hardwood flooring) and I decided to get her a vaccum to clean any kind of floors.

It looked like an old vaccum, but without the extension and cordless to be exact, which meant she does not have to strain her back with an old dust buster anymore then she would need too.

Virgo moms also like to smell good too, try getting her some perfume that smells a bit like candy, my mom is obsessed with it. 😉

Cleaning equipment and supplies, and perfumes sound great, but, a little generic.

Virgo's (the ones I know) like expansion for thier brains. Try to find something that touches her inner intrigues . . such as, is she a history buff, does she talk about the weather a lot and cloud patterns, collections of some sort are present in all the Virgo's in my life. They have an affinity to relics, such as: old coins, cars, fossils, stamps, etc.

What are her interests? She's retiring, so her workaholic-ethics will be a void in her life . . try to fill it with something meaningful, specifically to her.

Virgos are neat?!!! My mom is the messiest person I know!!! omg, my taurus dad freaks out about that! haha

Well I'm mailing the gift so I might get perfume with a book to go with, thanks guys! 🙂

In terms of their perfectionism, I would say that they are mostly neat freaks, my mom and I share similar interests in keeping things cleaned. On the other hand, I dated a Virgo about four months back, and she was not the most organizational person I've ever met with keeping things clean and neat, yet she was really intelligent like most Virgo's I know are.

Anything that will make them feel more safe and secure will do......engagement ring upgrade, cash gift into a retirement fund, pay off some monkey that's on their back.....thoughtful stuff is good too as long as its not overly mushy. Maybe if you heard her complaining about something and you bought something to fix the problem or if there is something she's been wanting that you can get. Virgos often feel like people aren't listening to them (which isn't really true, they just complain about waaaay too many things for anyone to actually be able to rsepond to) so if you do that she'll be like "wow! he listens! I feel loved and appreciated". Moms especially since older children don't just do what their mothers tell them to do anymore...I have a leo/virgo cusp mom.

very good point..virgos are very practical so anything that will allow THEM to choose the gift is great as well...they won't take offense..they'll actually appreciate you sparing them possibly having to "pretend" to like some gift that you picked that they hate.....plus pretense isn't something virgos are good at or like anyway...UNLESS they are putting up the good 'ole "show of strength" to protect their image and act like nothing is wrong when they are hurt or embarrassed.
