You’re going to have to elaborate on “others are tired of you being type A”
That can mean a lot of things

That can mean a lot of things
Type A could mean competitive, impatient, high achiever and the list goes on
What brought about this is i needed information from someone in a different department and i send a reminder mail after the initial one about 4 hours apart.
she told me today ive been doing that a lot so it makes me wonder her state of mind concerning how I work.

Ok read this now. Are you hanging on this one statement or is there more? Cause who cares what she thinks. 4 hours are totally fine.click to expand

Has anyone else had this feeling before? Where it seems like others are tired of you being type A.
How best do I manage this as this matters to me

now that i'm pregnant, i get away with doing almost next to nothing at work. but then again, i think i'm a type B so i've always done my best to exert as little effort as possible.
only people i found i can't stand at work are the ones who has been there in a shorter span than me and memorizes everyone's name, title/position and takes offense at not being greeted every single time. i'd be exhausted if i were her.
it's not her fault that i find that trait of hers annoying tho coz i'm sure it wins her a lot of friends.

in hindsight i think i was being pushy. that was the last task for the day on my desk and i needed information from her to close out an enquiry from a client; whereas she's in the finance and has many other things to attend to.
I appreciate all opinions and responses as I've been able to put the situation in perspective.

I’m glad you admitted that in the first sentence.
