Job Hunting

Well, I've decided I've outgrown my current position. I have always loved my work environment and the people I work with. But, I'm feeling stagnant at the moment. I'm not motivated any longer. I have always prided myself on my work, and I'm at a loss right now because I am just not feeling it. It's a horrible spot to be in for me.

There are also some reorganization going on that may not even bode well for my unit. That being said, higher ups are scrutinizing all depts involved in the reorganization which has my boss on edge. Who knows what the future holds...

I don't like change, I really don't at all, but I'm at the point where I'd rather change jobs than go through a change in institutional structure. It just seems like an easier move. Does that even make sense to anyone??

Absolutely. Been there, done that. Everyone's on edge, nobody knows if theyre gonna lose their job or whatever....
Its just a stressfull time.
Cant give you any answers, but there are many, many people out there who know exactly what youre feeling.
