Probably no rational reason for it, although hypothetically since the environment is so lax, they want to make sure they weed out who might be unable to stay mentally afloat.
But it's kind of like my strip club who approved my audition twice although I flaked day one the first time, meanwhile the club who didn't call back is known online to be more dangerous and the trashier one with less attractive dancers, far worse reviews across the board. Unbelievable luck honestly

tbh i used to have a project with Option B where you barely do anything and make absolutely sinful amounts of money but when i wanted out, they absolutely messed me up (this the nicest way I can describe what happened). also you have to suffer to get here even though once you do, you literally just pretend to do work for hourssss. hell i read comic books all day no lie. a lot of people say this is their dream to get in here but their HR is the devil.
but meh Option A feels like fate now coz it was handed to me on a silver platter by some random redditor. also best for my children, near schools.

Healthcare almost everyone in my family is a doctor and my grandpa founded one of the healthcare systems here so I never really bothered with medical bills but I pay for vanity projects like derma (I do not go to my relatives coz if it’s free they might not give me the full service lol) and teeth but I could choose to freeload off my relatives and parent’s friends. Doctors don’t charge other doctors here and sometimes that passes down to the children.

Healthcare almost everyone in my family is a doctor and my grandpa founded one of the healthcare systems here so I never really bothered with medical bills but I pay for vanity projects like derma (I do not go to my relatives coz if it’s free they might not give me the full service lol) and teeth but I could choose to freeload off my relatives and parent’s friends. Doctors don’t charge other doctors here and sometimes that passes down to the children.
lucky you. can't recall any in the medical field in my own family but i do have aunts in restaurant businesses, my pedo grandpa has an island resort thing and we do have one family member who was a politician (he's dead now tho). i was supposed to go to law school but i was too busy getting cheated on so i got into big tech instead.

-demands quality work but less time: quality work is what I strive for
-pays well: it pays well, I don't need more
-HR is better: better for employees?
-stable career development: love that
-AMAZING healthcare + insurance: this is gold
My option over everything including pay is how well I feel doing it. I'll be 100% honest if my Sagittarius father wasn't so passionate and simply fun to be around I don't think I would have ever truly fell in love with my job, or even the aspect of working in general. I feel that is the most important part. I don't want to sound like I'm punching down on someone like a trash man, but if the guy driving the truck is at least at 70% mentally and passionately it makes an absolute mood change to the crew as a whole. That's all I'm saying.

damn now that you mention it, there are way too many pedos with resorts 🤔🤔 maybe to escape the law 🤷🤷
i'd rather not get into it my family sucks and my grandpa is yet to face the consequences of his actions. he groomed some girl whose even a couple years younger than me when she was like 16 and they're still together even now. tried to groom me too when i was like 17.

Best advice I’ve ever got from a Virgo was to pick something I enjoy doing. It’s a shame no one pays me to climb into bed and pull my comfy blanket over myself, but my job is the next best thing. The only thing I care to get out of bed for.

it's just the way things are here like you start pretty much around 3 or 4. and we don't really call it daycare, it's playschool so we parents could supervise play. there's games, snacks naptime etc while they all interact with each other. weird thing I've noticed is we tend to foster independence and responsibility in our kids really young but not so much when they're like 17 or 18+ (noticed this attitude of older generations) just trying to keep their kids around forever around them coz they're possessive of their kids here.

2nd one. I've never needed healthcare in my life. Plus unstable lol do you think Geminis crave stability? The more unstable the better. What is hr? Doesn't even register. Spending hours doing nothing much sounds very suitable for a Gemini

The better money and the slow grind.
I’ve intentionally taken on high pressure high reward roles that I knew would be short term just to have those companies on my resume. Now that I’ve white knuckled my way through those positions I don’t feel the need to do it again. When I was making sinful money I was thinking of ways to break my own leg to have time off work 😭 I am in a very cozy position now (knock on wood) because of all of the insane positions I took on early on.
If you think A is where you can stay long term and build a career without needing to go through B, I would go with A.
