29.43 degrees moon

How much of the current and next sign would be apparent with a degree such as this one?

(it is my moon sign, libra going on scorpio.)

To be honest..if it was like 24 degrees..I'd say it was half and half..if it's 29 degrees...I'd say you were probably more of a scorpio moon than a libra moon...or I'd just say you were a flat out scorpio moon..you're basically right on that line, and since the moon only moves in one direction, the energy of one sign will be higher going up than down. Which do you feel describes you better?
