Should I make a dragon baby? I have until April by my calculations.
They're very favoured right?
no rabbit is better. dragon has too many enemies. life of conflict.

all the youtubers i've watched are either stupid or just being deceitful on purpose.

how old are you?
like i was waiting on my wealth too. i was born into a very broke family. can never save money in toronto with our sky high rents.
but once i hit 40, money just poured in. it's weird really. i am going through my money phase now.

worked as a consultant for a real estate mogul.
he liked me so much, he hired me on as VP. i had 2 properties at the time. rented 1 out but wasn't cash flowing because the mortgage and condo management fee was higher than the market rent.
i was bleeding cash every month.
mogul told me to sell in Feb 2022 or March cus interest hike coming in spring. I sold both properties at the very top. the house doubled in price. the condo almost doubled.
