Aquarians are dumb!

Now that I got your attention... Before getting into astrology I always thought it seemed like aquarians were kind of dumb and naive. After getting into astrology I realized they are so full of inner life that they don't need to say smart things nor speak their mind all the time. Also they are kind of straight-foward once they speak, they don't mind telling the truth, even if it is politically incorrect. And since they don't even show if they are intrested in you, they make nice little heartbreakers too. That's my experience.

That is true...my best friend is a Aqua and he buys woman's jeans, because he thinks it makes his legs look longer...and has about 30 pairs of shoes. He fears aging as much a woman and has way more anti-aging stuff in the bathroom than me 😄

You noticed this too, so then it's not only an illusion. As much as I like Aquarians, I do find them somewhat superficial and they do focus a lot of appearences.

But I think I've been cursed for life when it comes to Aquarians. When I was a child there was this girl who wanted to "date" me and I told her she was fat and if she lost some weight I would do it. I still feel bad about it, she wasn't even fat I just didn't want to date her but didn't know how to let her down easy. I was a mean kid.

being born under a certain time of the year now guarantees you an amount of intelligence? 😕

Well the one thing I've learned throughout the years is that you can only be yourself b/c everyone else is taken. You can only use what you DO have & what was built into you to make you that much more unique instead of trying to use what was only made for others to have.

I've accepted that being straight-forward & direct was built into me. Sure, this trait offends others & sometimes just quite simply turns others off, but by no means necessary will I ever change who I am just b/c someone else can't handle who I am. I see it like this: Only those who understand & who can accept, need apply. I didn't mind learning how to curve my directness & straight-forwardness for certain personalities, but by all means, I will never try to act like it wasn't built into me. That's what makes me so different & unique from others. Just like other traits that I don't have make others stand out & unique to them.

In my eyes, honesty is the only way. The truth will never change just b/c we cry, can't accept it or can't handle it. Why people want everything BUT the truth is beyond me, & maybe that is something I will never understand. I understand that "delivery" is everything, but that's about as much as you'll get me to change (which is my delivery). But actually changing the big picture of what I'm saying? Never going to happen.

I agree that honesty is usually the way to go, but there is also courtesy. Sometimes it feels like Aquarians haven't quite developed their social skills around other people. A typical case of "speak first, think later".

"Do you love me?" is a question that requires blunt honesty.
"I hate you cooking, it's terrible", is something you might wanna keep for yourself unless you're intentionally trying to hurt the chef. But Aquarians don't have the social skill nor the courtesy to keep their mouth shut when it's required. That would be the only annoying aspect. Lesson to be learned: don't have your Aquarian in a furnitured room if your boss is coming over for dinner!

Nobody has actually called me a bad cook, I just took it as an example. But then again I never had an Aquarius over for dinner.

We're an open book yet mysterious and adorable, any questions ? Lol enough with modesty seriously speaking good luck with your aquas, if you pass the stage of getting the aqua to trust you then I guarantee drama free pretty moments.

Talking about drama I start to find leo girls interesting, you know a little bit of mincing drama make me want to give them the attention they seek. Also when they act so well pretend to be independent but they're not so much. Have this leo colleague, at times I give her a look when I stretch of my chair, next thing she comes over to ask a work related question to me although she could go to someone else. Everyone thought we dated but she's with someone.

I don't see why you shouldn't have told him that. That's the good kind of honesty one should always go for in a relationship. But never complain about my cooking or you'll go hungry!

you need to give me good grounds for it Lady_M 🙂 From the leos and libras i've met so far I prefer the kitten charming a bit dreamy maybe but always there for me and brave leo rather than the posh indecisive and somehow shallow libra (again personal experiences, last thing i want today is libras blocking the thread with msgs).

Most often than not what is said by the aqua is genuinely there opinion and not a matter of think first.... they've definitely thought about it and they just dont care.

Well I guess you seem to enjoy those types of relationships Tas judging from your past posts, go for it!

That may seem airheaded to you but again, placements matter sometimes.

Please read my first post at least, before you respond to anything I say. Then you'd know I don't think Aquarians are "airheads". I do however think that you might be something of an airhead for not reading carefully. 🙂 This is only so we don't need to have one of those ugly confrontations, as this is a relatively peaceful thread in the true Aquarian sense, made by a Leo who usually thinks before he talks.

As I said before, make sure to read what I've acutally written, and not the way you choose to interpret it. No reason to get ugly.

I have a "fuck it" sort of attitude when talking to people. Sure stuff comes in my head and I think it over for about a second or two then I just say fuck it and blurt out whatever needs to be said. I'm that guy that points and yells at the elephant in the room so that I can later lasso it's ass and ride it around like the King of the World.
