Aquarius - hard to read ?

Hello.
I've started talking to this Aquarius guy about two weeks ago. We met recently and we hit it off really well. After hanging out it took him about two days to reach out to me . Which I thought was strange because we really really had a great time .
So I've been talking to him here and there making sure he's the one contacting me because I don't want to chase him. He does contact me. Today he asked what I found attractive in a guy . Then he said I was different than most girls. And he wanted to know what I liked in somebody.

Do you think he likes me ?
Should I play it cool still?

You think he'll invite me out again?

Seems like he likes you. And yes, aquas are hard to read. The most important thing here is to maintain your confidence (he will test it unknowingly) and maintain your genuinity (don't try to change to be what you think he wants) and keep your own interests going (keep seeing your friends and keep doing your hobbies).

These are good signs... but aquas can get turned off at the slightest thing, especially in the beginning. What was your "date" like? These guys treat dates like interviews haha

Almost a year in relationship with aqua man and his fav line is still " so tell me what's new about you".... Do they ever stop testing?

After four years, my aqua still asks me this question, too. He is interested in your life and wants you to know he cares about what is going on with you. It's a GOOD sign. So many guys don't really care or want to hear about it or don't even think to ask.

I don't really see it as they test. I said he would unknowingly test her...not intentional but being with an aqua will sometimes make you question your confidence and it definitely tests your patience. It's just he wants his girl to be the same girl she was when he met her. He doesn't want her giving up her interests or her activities. He likes a girl who is her own person and has her own things going on.

Wow, thank you all for the feedback. The date was great 🙂. We went to eat and talked about academics and how we love to learn . We are both kind of nerdy.. So we talked about nerdy stuff ahaha. We also talked about family and goals we want for our future.and music!(my fave) And we had great debates which was so fun. It was really mentally stimulating. I'm a cap/aqua cusp, so I kind of understand how he is. And I always remain true to myself regardless of the person. But he's just hard to read lol
We are both casually dating but I have a feeling I stand out to him....
But we shall see .
I hope I don't come off as playing it too cool.
I make sure to respond and sometimes ask questions in return.

Instead of inviting him, tell him you are going to do X, and he's welcome if he's interested.

Lmao. Thanks . And I don't think I'll invite him out . Cus I don't want him around my friends just yet .. Lol I'm also a bit of Aquarius so im going to just go with the flow . But thanks all for the responses I'm very grateful for your advice .

when he finally admits in himself that he likes you he will distance himself so expect it from him,when we aquas like someone it make us feel vulnerable,too afraid to show our emotion and be rejected and hurt so from distancing ourself we build a wall and distance to make sure we really want you,aquas are hard to pin down but if you got him oh boy!you wont get bored since we are adventurous and humorous,we like mental stimulation so if you can give him that its like an aphrodisiac to us and yes be yourself since we can see through facades we dont like fake people its like a plague to us,keep him interested dont give him everything be mysterious,if you got his attention it means that he saw something in you that is out of the ordinary,believe me when i say that you cant keep an aquas attention if his not interested in you,best of luck!
