Ok to make a long story short I’ve met this guy at work about 5 months ago. We talk for basically every day since. Sometimes he talks enough while up until recently he kinda just stopped talking as much. So I gave him space (I’m a cap btw) and we didn’t talk for four days straight. Also during those 4 days I haven’t seen him at work (we work in a big area). So when I went into work he saw me and asked me where I went..? I was so confused because he literally stopped talking to me and was giving me the cold shoulder so I kinda “took the hint” and went on about my life. But since then he’s been better at texting but I see the same pattern happening again. And when I confront him about it it’s like he’s oblivious to what he’s doing? I’m super confused and kinda tired. We had sex multiple times too if that adds to anything
