Understanding Aquarius Men and Physical Touch

i never cling to Aquas but they're always the ones to reach out to me first when it's been some time when we've last hangout with each other. this is so weird but i like them best out of all the signs, feel the most genuine care for them compared to other signs and feel the most comfortable with them but i just never cling or become possessive with them (very out of character for me to be non-crazy jealous). but in my past relationship with a Scorpio, i was extremely crazy paranoid and possessive. i'd raise hell and get jealous easily. that shit did not end well but it was extremely physical. this is the opposite of that.
it's so weird that i feel better in deep friendship based relationships. i mean we're dating but i feel so deep in the friendzone but i'm so into it (11H venus?). i always feel like i hold more power in my relationships with Aquarius coz i'm too comfortable with them but sometimes the lack of physical/sexual activities make it feel weird when they suddenly get touchy.

I know, he is really behaving like one 😄 They don’t like touching from estrangers. They really need to be comfortable with you. And he will enjoy seeing how you’re reacting to it. But it’s a very good sign that he gives you presents. He cares.

how can somebody buy me expensive shit but physically act like we're acquaintances?
he's always trying to chat me up though but it's weird coz he'd chat me up when i don't reach out much but when i do initate chatting, he'd get oddly distant.

I love to do thoughtful sweet things for my significant other but I wouldn’t say I want them to see me as responsible, I actually never thought about it that way.
