its literally eating me alive lol i have like our whole lives planned i say, i am in LOVE
and im almost positive she likes me back becuz i catch her creeping me and checking me out all the time (we work together) and shes like the first person to view snap stories EVERY time etc
but when we are around each other it is just so stale like the air gets sucked out of both of us

i dont like this and i need HELP because i know liking an aquarius from a distance can easily go nowhere fast

her mars and venus are both in aquarius, my mars is aries and my venus is capricorn

No, let your mars take over, at least a little. My Aqua has Aries mars and I'm Libra venus. Fire and air is HOT.

Cap can be slow, her aqua is going to appreciate it. Just try not to feel self conscious when you want to approach her.

Do you think the standoffish-ness is because you're both too self conscious, or is it because both of you are too lost in your heads to speak up?

What do you mean that your interaction with her is stale? Is there a lot of dead air and short responses? As an aqua I know I get terribly nervous around a person of interest and have a hard time comfortably carrying on a conversation. If this is the case then I think you may have to try to make her feel comfortable and keep it friendly and light-hearted.

i am a little self conscious around her because she seems very conservative compared to me...shes paki muslim raised strict and i am a raging pothead/lush
i just dont want her to think im some kinda animal, but i guess i have to open up to her eventually. or i can change. ugh 😢

Just striking up a conversation and (maybe) askng if she wants to join you for some non-threatening activity (ice cream or lunch in a public place or something) isn't acting like an animal.

But if she is still living at home and they're very traditional, that may have a lot to do with her reactions to you. Deffo try to hecome her friend, if that's even possible. Strict Muslims are VERY protective of their girls. Especially when it has to do with non Muslim men.

I agree with @sultrykitty invite her for a fun activity and keep the interaction platonic and friendly. Just curious....does she make you want to change? That's not necessarily a bad thing. Regardless, you will have to let her get to know the 'real' you at some point anyways otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time by you pretending to be someone you are not and her responding to and expecting you to be someone than who you really are. Want someone who you can naturally be you around and brings out the best in you....and you should expect the same from the other person. Best of luck and I really do hope it works out well for you.

well on the vain side because she is hot af her hair is so long and she is curvy lol and she has a well off family.
we also work w kids so i always catch her mothering lol its the most attractive thing ever. i also like that she is not vain and she is conservative i couldnt see myself w someone who is different than that. idk she just has so many qualities i think i really like her because i think she her is better than me

I agree pretty much with everyone else that you should initiate conversation whether it just be "how are you doing". it doesn't have to be extravagant. everything starts as something small, even conversations at times.

my dad is an Aqua w a Virgo moon. he's not really shy, because he's a super aquarian. 5 planets if I remember right. but he told me he'd just watch my mom. he was friends with her brother. eventually he started making small talk. obviously watching her was getting him nowhere fast. she's shy and quiet too. Libra w a Taurus moon. I think she has an earth ascendant...maybe Virgo. and she has a lot of Virgo in her chart. very quiet. my dad is the outgoing one. I was surprised when he said initially he was shy/confused by her presence. I could never imagine him being that way. he also has an Aquarius Venus and Capricorn Mars. my mom has a Leo Venus and Mars.

plus you have an Aries Mars...can't get less boring than that lol. Aries placements are always fueling fire. whether or not it's apparent at first.

as a Virgo moon myself, I appreciate anyone who comes off a little standoffish w a little dark humor. I don't like too obnoxious interactions, though I get along with obnoxious people after adjusting to their behavior.

someone who comes up to me and starts convos...it might throw me off at first, but I quickly become interested especially if they have something intriguing to say. stimulating convos are the best.

as for the weed thing. who cares? if it was meth, I'd be more concerned. lol. she shouldn't judge you for that, and if she does...you can change as you mentioned. but ask yourself first if you want to. I wouldn't sign up for something you may end up resenting later.

seems like all Aquarians are getting some love this season 🙂

and I found (another) Feb 14 Aqua myself. interesting guy. Leo asc. quite a character. I enjoy his boisterous personality. he cracks me up. very intelligent too.
