I guess he's just not worried because he has nothing to hide. If he did have something to hide then her behavior would annoy him... now it's just plain amusing to him.
She's not jealous. Your unavailability is now making you 'safe'...the vibe you were giving off earlier is gone and now she feels easy around you. If and when she realizes she may slightly like you...she'll abide her time to let it be known later (time length varies). She can now slyly observe you and become your friend[first]...

I'm curious what you Aqua folks opinion on the following. Once again, it involves the Aqua girl at work:
Like I mentioned previously, the Aqua girl's much more relaxed the past few weeks. She's open to talking and chatting. The shy, reserved and evasive Aqua gal disappeared and I see some of her true colors.
So to throw a wrench into things, some outside folks came into our office to audit our books. I got a chance to meet some of them including one lovely gal. The gal is probably a Scorp as she mentioned her birthday is in November.
The interesting thing is that the Scorp gal used to WORK with one of my friends. That gave us something to talk about. We sort of hit it off a bit so I asked the Scorp gal to go to lunch with me one day.
After the both of us came back from lunch, the AQUA girl asked me almost immediately, "How was the date?" I was almost embarrassed that she noticed and asked me.
Sooooooo, the questions are:
1. Does it bother Aquas if they like someone (or sort of like someone, but not sure) and that someone goes out with another person? Basically, I'm wondering if Aquas get a little jealous?
I should note that if my Aqua gal is jealous, she certainly doesn't show it. We're still chatting away like normal.
2. Do Aquas go to lengths to make it "seem like" they are not interested when in reality they are or might be?
I ask because I notice the Aqua gal, unlike me, almost seems like she is "pushing me" away from her. She asked about my lunch date. When the discussion of marriage came up unintentionally one day, she asked ME when I was getting married. When my co-workers make fun of me getting married, she jumps on the bandwagon.
