Well, you say she doesn't want you to be romantic to her...Maybe I misunderstand, but to me this says she only wants to be friends with you and she doesn't see you as a boyfriend right now.

If she has feelings for you, you will know....she will probably want to be by your side all the time, initiate a lot of get togethers, communication and so on.

You say you feel neglected and taken for granted....why do you feel this way? Is she neglecting you as a friend, or not considering your feelings? Does she know you have these feelings for her? If she does not see you as a boyfriend, she will likely not treat you like a boyfriend, but like a friend. If you see her as more than a friend, it makes sense you feel neglected because your feelings and you being considerate are not being reciprocated.

I also don't understand why you don't complain or get angry in front of her?

You seem like a real nice, sweet and considerate guy but I wonder if you are not changing yourself too much to please her? We Aquas see right through that, so she probably senses you are not being yourself. Also she is still young and may not be ready to settle down just yet.

i didnt complain because i ask if she wants to go out with me with her circle of friends but she doesnt allow me..i guess she knows that i had a feelings for her..i teached her how to drive a car.prepare her some food(favorite) by d way she is my co worker.

Yes, Pisces can be very good that way...sensing things and react accordingly....you seem like an easy friend for her to be with and a great friend too since you taught her how to drive a car and how to cook her favourite meal.

Being an Aqua myself, I know when I was younger, say the age your Aqua friend has now, I found it difficult when good friends started to get feelings for me. Friendship is so important to us Aquas, that sometimes we even prefer it over having romantic relationships. The hard part for me was having to deal with romantic feelings from a person I always saw as a platonic friend. Especially if I didn't feel the same way and I had to disappoint someone. Afterwards the friendships would never be the same somehow.

Now I have learned to handle it better and luckily I don't get into these situations often anymore. If I sense it, I try to address it, like your friend did to you. And being a fixed sign, I normally stick to my decision of being friends. But for Pisces, being a mutable sign, it's not so black & white.

Humanitarian for an Aqua doesn't mean "friendly". It mean "concerned" about what is happening to other people, but more as a whole (human kind, people) and not in particular (individuals). This is why they actually have very few close friends, but they can be very popular among others. So, this does not imply Aquas have tons of Facebook friends. Some do, but generally they are quite laid back. And very discrete with their private life.
