I'm a pisces, and I take that stuff personally. It's like you were always hanging on to me as a second option, and then you're suddenly making me number 1 after becoming successful. Again, not saying all aquas are like this, just this particular one.
The world can be a cruel place. It's best to trust your instincts, and follow you gut if you're unsure.

Me!! I always look for successful men!!! Maybe not financially (as a gold digger) but I like men with ambitions and aspirations to be sucessful. Why? Because I have them too, not to piggy back but to support and work with each other.

Yes they can. I've seen them fitnesse the wallets off of people. I don't know how they do it.
My last relationship was with a well off guy and at first I was loyal I would've died a million times over for him. He wasn't a good guy though and tret me bad and I have to admit I stayed with him longer than I would've if he hadn't of had so much money but I'm no gold digger.

some men are real jerks who are super successful though.
you have to be VERY discriminating as well even with super successful men.
it's better to be single than to be with bad men who try to control you with their money and power.

My mentor (cap) he's very successful and he tends to be a jerk, but I've known him for 9 years so obviously I know his true colors. Has tried to control me with his money but he finally gave up, or actually he found a better option to keep me close. (I was out of his sight for about 5 yrs) He knows that money won't control me.
The guy I'm seeing is also successful, I've made him aware that I'm not with him for money, (he thinks is sex, but no I actually like him). He's a jerk too... but not with me.
Recently I met one guy who was a jerk... total jerk. At the first sign, I put him straight and stopped talking to him. He texted me a week after and I still didn't answer. These guys expect women to be at their feet.

you just got to be careful which types.
there are some types of men who control to the point of the woman cant go outside, go to the gym or see her family, or work volunteer, anywhere. he's afraid that he'll lose her or something.
some comments on here too said that from women experiencing it on a deeper level.

Been there. I went through that with my ex, we were together for 12 years in which many of our last years he was extremely controlling. Didn't even like me to go to the store and no one could talk to me if we went out. I tried to work with him on many levels to see if he would change, help him gain my trust but nothing worked. I left him 1yr and half ago. He tried to manipulate me in many ways, even hurtful. but nothing worked with me anymore. I even tried to help him bc I wasn't the problem, he was. but he didn't want it and I had to leave for mine and my daughter's well-being.
I have made it through on my own, he tries to hold me down by not helping me with them and I never asked him for any help which made him even more upset, I make my own money, I support my daughter's, I live with them on my own and I will never take any shit from anyone because I know Ive made it through alone and if someone ever tries to control or disrespect me in any way, I could care less about them or even try to give anyone a second chance.

my gf too. She doesn't put more effort into it than looking good and being well style d.
So with several suitors she has the choice. And she chose the richer ones.
Also I don't tend to blame anybody as being a "gold digger". It's a feature of character. Either you have it or not. Some call it being "high maintenance". IDC. Let people have their assets.
What I hate is when a woman comes into a family and then there are separations at every corner. I don't like it. Women who are permanently attacking others cause they find themselves under attack. poision.
The thing I particularly don't like and I have noticed air signs in general do this... they treat you different... more excepting a relationship may not last if a man does not have as much. However they try to really put a guy under there microscope... often it is like they question if we just want to get with them when we are a good prospect. It is quite disterbing that often I grind woman expect so much less from men that are a mess and don't have together... vs men that do.
