To tell you the truth, I feel it depends on the individual. I have met some underachiever Scorpios as well as negative Carpicorns. I'm a Libra, and I don't want to seem as though I'm dogging other signs but various factors play a part in each sign. I think rising etc. plays a part too and how a person was raised (and what sign was their parents). I think this is a shallow subject because out of the 4 elements not one of them is the strongest over the other. All signs have their positive and negative sides. If you really think about it you will see this to be true. Please don't have a one track mind.
