I don't see this combo often either as aqua man and sag female. But I've seen the reversed. My observation is that sag females are very outgoing and carry a very light attitude so they often don't pay attention to the usually shy, quiet aqua man. Sag girls get attention anywhere they go so they will usually go talk to the guys who actually talk to them which would not be the aqua guy first in line.
I think this gender combo works best long term when the sag is done with the flirting stage and is ready to settle down. If not, aqua man can appear to be too calm and reserved.
