Hey you! I've seen you posting on the Aqua boards! 🙂

I've dated several Aquas and am currently involved with one now. We've been together for almost 6 years and are going very strong.

The reason why I think Aries/Aqua works so well is because we really are great friends. We have numerous similar interests, still hold really great conversations (tough to do, being together for so long), we have a lot of fun, and love to go out and try new things. We're both incredibly friendly people and do great in groups, although he's much more shy than I am and oftentimes prefers to stay in with me. Where Aquas can get too preoccupied to tend to the mundane responsibilities of everyday life, we Aries can make sure that what needs to be done gets done- we tend to be pretty type A.

Also, although we Aries are prone to firey angry spells, after we release our anger, we're over it- we don't emotionally punish you for your wrongs after we've gotten the anger out of our systems (Water Signs). The anger can blindside an Aqua and be tough for you to take- but if you understand that the anger is ALWAYS temporary, it won't be too much of an issue for you. Just wait for us to get through our temper tantrums 🙂

Also! Both signs like our freedom. Aries are not the type to text/call you all day long. I usually go entire work days without hearing from my boyfriend, and I don't feel compelled to reach out to him either. It's a nice respite from the relationship, since we do both come home to eachother every night (we live together).

I will say, the beginning of our relationship was a little rough. Aries can be possessive of what they want/love and can dive into new things impulsively without trepidation. An Aqua prefers to take things slow and enjoys their freedom. If you can get past the beginning stage, I can't say enough good things about the relationship.

Thanks for the vast information!! 😄 I noticed that I;m pretty attracted to aries people, so I wondered if the pairing was really as good as I hear.

Being together so long, how do you keep the flame going? Is there anything you don't like about and aqua?

A mature Aries woman and an evolved Aqua man can make unbeatable combo. We inspire one another to go to greater heights.


I love Aqua men as people. But, I noticed that they have a tendency to date two types of women.

1. Mousy or homely women whom they can control and will worship them. The Aqua will stay with her for years but, the whole time he is getting himself together (ie getting out of debt, losing weight, finishing school, moving up in his career. Then, he dumps her for an upgrade.

2. Strong independent women whom will not take his crap. He will dump this woman but, she generally will not take him back and he will spend the rest of his days trying to reconcile and stay in her life. He will beat himself up and go back and forth with mousy women but, the whole time he is plotting to get back with the strong independent woman.


I am still in hiding from my Aqua Ex. He keeps popping back up.He is going on deployment in a couple of weeks and in the time that he is gone I will move to another state and make my escape. MUah Muah.

hahaha.... Aquapath sounds about right! My relationship with an aqua was disastrous! I ended up on tranquilizers on normal days just when i knew I was going to see him! He would binge and purge me and the last straw was me ending up in hospital after an anxiety attack cuased by how badly he was treating me! He was my last boyfriend (about 5 years ago) and I think it's safe to say he and the cap who destroyed my heart before him were the ones who put me off of finding love and having relationships! What a mind fuck they both were! I just couldn't bear the thought of going through pain like they brought me again! From then on, boyfriends = trouble and pain to me and that's when I decided going solo was better for me!
