Aries at workplace
My boss is a Aries. She has no manager experience and recently got promoted to manager. Anyways
everyone really dislikes how she runs things. Since she became boss, the whole department seems to be in turmoil and upside down. People upset and quick to argue. I have to her that she create this atmosphere. I work in corporate environment. I think it really got to her head that I am "boss" and she is very spiteful and vengeful. For example, before she got promoted, apparently her and 2 other employees hated another employee who I will call (b). They disliked this 70 something year old woman with years of experience because they figured she was making more money than them. Well after the promotion she obviously has access to everyone's salary. She has started to cut the overtime and anything enjoyable in the workplace just to spite this one woman (b) and anyone else who she does not like she targets them. How I know, is because those same people she is telling this information to, told me. So she is playing this payback game to the people who she envied before her promotion.
Not only that she has no backbone. I am not bashing her or anything because before the promotion she was very quiet and never spoke, so that's why I feel it got to her head. They are trying to demote another woman also who makes a lot of money. My thing is how can you take the advice from one employee to demote another employee. It is sickening.
She also shows a lot of favoritism. I reported to HR the confidentiality breech of employees salaries, private information, and also her obvious deliberate picking behavior. Hr want more people to come forward. A few have but other people are scared. I think it is going to change real soon.
Another thing is she does not want to own up to her own decisions. She always blames it on hire up management. I have confronted her many times especially when she bring that BS to me and her response is "I am doing my job" as a mirror. SMH
I have seen another Aries boss act the same way also but this one was very nasty. She was promoted also and all of a sudden she just completely change and aggravated everyone. Make no mistake she was very smart but used it for the wrong things just because she is "boss". SMH

@Rabbit: Me and another aries can control the temper. We mostly can stay calm when somebody out of control. Both of us might have something else in our chart that we can control ourselves, less selfish, understandable.
Though, the other 2 aries are nightmare. They have big ego, not willing to open mind and accept fault, or other's idea. They want everything their way, and willing to fight if other people doesnt follow them. And, when they finally see they're wrong, they are more out of control. They even pretend to be friendly, but they just want to get close to people so that they can get what they want. they even flirt with my boss (invite him out, buy him stuff, ...) even if they know he's taken.
I also see those bad side from other sign as well. So, i guess it depends on lots of thing

haha, sorry. Yeah I understand. I know some Aries people with really bad behavioral problems and I'm no saint either. Some of us need to be put in our place and Aquarius is one of the best signs to do it.. I wouldn't recommend doing this with your boss though. 😛
lol..I like a lot of things about Aries. I caint think about any right now because if my Aries boss

Like me I have so much behavior issues it's not funny and most of it has to do with wanting to see fairness and always trying to advocate and —stand up for my right?? type things lol..
Regardless Aries are very understanding. I can joke with my Aries boss and she won't take it serious. I love her, but she is a pain. Lol
I think Aries make awesome friends. They are open for excitement.

Aries too. Aries aren't afraid to call you out. Aries are strong individuals and I think they should get more credit. Seriously 🙂
