Soooooo....what's the story?

Not much. Just this Aries guy that I met on holiday about a year ago and I sort of fancy him. I'm not sure whether he fancies me or not, but he did make the effort keeping in touch by emails and phoning me few times. We do not date as he lives 2 hours flight away so we stay platonic. Never discussed relationship or anything serious between us. Noticed his style of communication it's always about him "winning" something over some remarks that I said. I never took it personally though. But it seems he always wanted to have the last word, which I found it amusing because sometimes it's just too pointless lol (especially coming from him which I consider the smartest guy!)

Now he's visiting me in 2 weeks time after 10 months, and he confidently thought that he will be staying at my place? (which the way he expressed it I found it amazingly cute!!!) And my response was like??

I know we've flirted fair bit but nothing over the top, so I don't think I'd be comfortable with him staying over and I told him that. Now he's gone all quiet (typical of boys? lol). I would not think that he'd take that as a rejection cause I thought usually Aries is pretty out there when you tell them the truth and it wouldn't matter to them.

This is false...
We are pretty out there, but in the way that we will tell you how we feel and share quite a bit of us once we become comfortable. The little things can bug us deeply. I find it hard to hide my hurt...it tends to show up on my face or in my voice very easily. If he's not talked to you since, he's upset and is probably trying to keep his mouth shut about it. We go silent when we are hurt, embarrased or pissed. It's often ironic because Aries can be very vocal, but not when we are hurt.
Just be very straight forward with him...sounds like that's what you are doing, so that's good.
Is he a young Ram? The whole winning thing is making me think this. We do love to get our point across 😉

I've said this before, but people often get the wrong impression of Rams. We have a tough outer layer, but we are all just little softy Rams deep down inside who feel very deeply.

If it had been me, yeah, I would have felt rejected. But it is good that you were straight forward to him. I think that hearing from the other person the reasons as why we cannot have it our way, helps an aries to get over the rejection feeling. You will be able to tell we are deeply frustrated/angry/sad but at the end we will understand you and move on to finding the best solution for the situation -well, at least that's how it is for me if I like the other person-.

I will be bit more watchful next time although above all I was just being honest. Good to hear (especially the guys) that the RAMs have their sensitive sides buried within, so they're not that "tough" after all :-)

Now I have always been close to Aries/Leo/Sag women (my bestfriends, sister, co-workers) and they're just so outgoing and fun I hardly heard they said anything that I've ever upset them (small minor things that we discussed right away yes, but not silence like this). My relations with Aries have always been good so this is why I just have this impression that he wouldn't mind. Especially (in this case) we have no relations therefor he shouldn't mind or feel rejected.

In my defense, I'm just not feeling comfortable him staying over (well maybe because I'm attracted to him...I know I have to sort of control myself, and it ain't gonna be easy if he's walking around with towel etc in my house lol) so just want to keep this meeting casual for now. :-)

Now talking about Ram and their impulsiveness, he just contacted me after 2 days silence that he's coming next week instead of in 2 weeks time lol!!!!!!! :-))))

- BTW, I'm Pisces (Aries Venus/Leo Moon) and him RAM (Pisces Venus/Taurus Moon). He has Mercury in Aries, so not sure what style of communication that I should be mindful of but I don't really want to look into it for now, I might got scared lol

Hey?!? Me too! I'm Aries Sun, Pisces Venus, Taurus Moon, Mercury Aries... Virgo rising though :p Haha! About communication... mmh... well, in general communication is not my thing :S. It is not that I don't care about the others or anything at all, it's just that I prefer showing people how much I care about them by 'doing' rather than 'talking', and viceversa. I prefer people to show me with actions how much I mean to them, rather than with speeches 🙂
