examples of aries & gemini going the distance?

I am pisces/aries cusp sun, sagg moon, leo rising and aquarius venus.
Been with my boyfriend for 1.5years. He is gemini sun, aries moon, not sure about the rest.

We are totally in love and both see us being together for the distance, even talked about marriage etc. We go so well together, best friends and lovers.

We very rarely argue but when we do its about the same topic and the arguments get very heated.
Topic: his current work schedule(works shift patterns and also works with his family) mean that some weeks we dont see each other at all and when I suggest we do something in advance or try and plan something ahead he cannot do it due to work commitments)
Due to his financial situation at the moment (paying off some debts) he's stuck between a rock and a hard place and cannot do anything about it right now.

I couldnt be happier with him other than the lack of time we have together in general, some weeks he will stay at mine practically every night and then some shifts we go 2 weeks without quality time together.

Argument style s:
ME: prefer to discuss things rationally rather than shout and talk about our feelings, come to a compromise ( I think Im maturing lol as I wasnt this way growing up, I was more argumentative back then)

HIM: gets really frustrated really quickly, shouts, total jeckyl & hyde!

We have discussed time issue calmly and he promises things will change in a few months and to give him a chance to get things sorted (it is taking longer than expected)

I have spoken to him about the way he makes me feel when he blows up if I want to discuss whats bothering me. I need him to stay calm and talk things through. But nothing changes.

After our last argument Im wondering if we have a future together. I want to be with him but when we argue its nasty and Im afraid over time its going to tarnish our r.ship?

Any words of wisdom?

I don't know any of this combination but I think If he's stuck in this situation and you love him, you should support him through it. If you're talking about long term commitment to each other yet are having problems with each other over a small crises so early on in your relationship it doesn't bode well for the future.

@ Cleo...When you guys first started dating was he like this? Busy with work and working with family or is this something that is recent (within the last couple of months)?

My mum and dad are Gemini and Aries mix, they have lasted now 42yrs together, don't ask me how, but they have.

I have to say though my dad is the one slowing up at the moment getting his shuffle on, but they still can fight like cats and dogs, but I think my mum does it now to keep dad alive and kicking, well that's her excuse anyways lol.

So true testament that Gem's and Aries can go the distance, fraid to say though the Aries male does age faster then the Gemini.
