1. No I honestly don't think so personally - isn't that Leo lol?

It might depend on the situation. Pride should be a positive thing; a way to improve and strive forward and to not look back and let past mistakes bother you. Ego for me is about fear of failure and it is ego sometimes that drives me as I fear looking stupid/desperate
