As long as she looks decent I'm cool. I'm particularly a face and hair person. A chick can have a killer frame, but if her face and hair isn't in order, then it can kill the whole deal. What's more important though is if she is intelligent, cooperative, shares ideas and inspiration, and generally isn't a bitch and/or crazy.

BTW, knock yourself with your Aries dude GF.

I prefer black heads, red heads, and brunettes, but I don't judge if a chick is worthwhile based on hair color.
