we breathe?

c'mon, you can do it.

Because oxygen is the brains nurishment .. the food. It can't function without it, so we breathe in to supply the brain .. which btw, holds 25% of the oxygen in our bodies.

We also breathe so we can take stuff in .. like marijuana, for example.

Of course, it can be eaten, or steeped in tea .. but, smoking is better.

Centering yourself, meditating .. that's a good one. Of course, the "stuff" taken in would certainly help to relax, lol

Not sure anyone here said they had a qualm with breathing unless I missed something?

Yeh, breathing is one of the easiest things that we do - it is also the most taken for granted commodity that we have and it is the one thing we NEED to survive - to LIVE.

.. we are (our souls) an internal flame
.. fire needs oxygen to burn

We breathe to keep our flame burning, without air, our souls would die because it wouldn't be creating energy .. our energy comes from the fire.
