Why would he do this?Explain

I met this Aries guy during a sailing trip

and he started sharing this story about how he once got a black eye type bruise

from mountain biking.

He kept going on and on about how ugly it was and how people were going to mistake it for some ugly birthmark.....



I have a birthmark that is often mistaken for a black eye ( google nevus of ota) . It's one of the few things I'm really insecure about.

so much so I started treatments to get it removed years back...but stopped.

My question though is why would he share such a story with me ?

Mind you he wasn't sharing this story directly with me he was talking to another crewmate as well,

Do you think he even got a good look at you to notice? I see where your coming from but we do just blab out are mouths sometimes without thinking about it. He could have seen it and it reminded him of his black eye that he was insecure about because we can be vain and also just like to talk about are selfs.

i figured it had to be something along the lines with what you are saying

Ive noticed that Aries can make up a story that maybe similar to what you have experienced in order to *bond" or empathise with the person.Not sure if this may be the case here though...could have taken it too far lol is he a kid?

If he saw your birthmark, then he is a loose mouthed idiot.

Ask him which eye it was and then offer to punch the other one so it doesn't feel left out

When Aries males are insecure about something, they seem to fixate on it, as though it's an important part of their inpowerment to beat anyone to the punch, so to speak. If he talks about it in detail, no one can embrass him or put him in a position where he needs to answer questions.

The Aries guy I know on campus was in a car accident that left his face scarred. He talks about his Scar CONSTANTLY. His appearance is his pride.

It actually just sounds like a coincidence, he didn't notice your birthmark.
