What do you do for your normal routine? Do you have to be in a group to feel motivated? What is you favorite way to burn calories? Just curious if it is similar🙂

Yes okay 🙂
Running is one of the only ways I can get into the zone of my thoughts. It is very meditative for me as well 🙂 It's really great that you can get into "the zone" when you run...a lot of people loathe running and think it's boring.
You are running every morning? How often are you doing night sprints? For me sprinting is great, but so hard!! It really knocks me on my ass.
It looks like you have a really awesome plan going!! What kinds of exercises are you doing for those body parts or do you rotate them? I'm just curious 🙂
I teach a bunch of classes including kickboxing, zumba, step, body sculpting. Zumba is so much fun if you like to dance. Yoga is really great. Participants underestimate it: they don't realize that isometric exercise isn't as easy as they've predetermined it to be lol. I'd like to try hot yoga 🙂

Love to sweat. Sweat so hard, I have to peel my panties off.
OvS, I can't see your videos so, I'll have to research the dances on youtube in my spare time. (I heightened the security on my computer and can't recall how to pull it back a some.)
febaqua, size 6 in dresses 'cause of large tits. I'm tits on stilts...LOL!
Hey why even bother with the panties? 😉 Underwear is overrated.

I have been recently considering taking up martial arts. I'm researching which type I want to study. Do you guys know anything about martial arts? A recommendation of which to choose from?
The easiest most readily accessible means of exercise is also dancing. I love to dance... alot. I'm pure fire on the dance floor.

I'm currently a size 8 dress, 8 pants and large top. One of the reasons I don't run... torpedos. )

Practice is the answer. 😉
I go to a salsa dance school and club. I dance with whomever I chose. During class we change the girls so at the end you get to dance with everybody.
Sounds like a lot of fun, maybe an adventure or two! Have you been doing that for a long time? I tried taking dance lessons in the past with a boyfriend and we ended up not going back after the first time. I couldn't (wouldn't ? ) follow his lead. It was in part because he didn't know what he was doing soooclick to expand

How dare you! 😉
Very smart move there dear warrior, plus you know what they say about men who can dance!

I do night sprints 2 or 3 times a week if I miss a long run. Sprinting is NOT easy for me either, but it helps to get more out of the run.
I vary the exercises; I'll try to be brief lol!!: Reps are 3-4 on each exercise. The ass kicking ones are the ones that LOOK easy!!
With triceps the over the head pulls just say easy til the weight is on!
Shoulders: I prefer the shrugs cause it is easy to do, so you have to challenge yourself in reps and/or weight to get what you need out of it.
Abs: The worst one I do is a slow up and down 6 count (hold each position 3-5 seconds)
Biceps: You have to work both heads. I end up doing a lot of curls and isolation
Back: I use machines to make sure I dont go overboard lol
Chest: Fly and bench press. There is this cool muscle failure were ya put on like 25 in 5lbs on each side and do 10 counts taking five off each side without stopping. The bar hurts at the end if you do it right. If you dont then your routine can be stepped up imo. You should not feel dead but like jello lol!
That group wont be worked like that for a while (save running)
This are just some basic randoms off the top of my head.
And yoga will kick your ass if you go to the wrong/right class!!
Wow I am surprised that you do shrugs for your shoulders...you don't feel your traps on those? I stay away from those because I think I am trap dominant: I will use them to cheat in presses. For shoulders I will do lateral raises and military presses mostly.

I'm terrible at this. I have a fricken degree in exercise science and it's become one of the last things that I do. I just don't have the attention span to go to the gym and just work out for the hell of it. It's why I played soccer for so long. I was getting my work out while doing other stuff.
I could easily go the personal trainer route but I'm targeting healthcare more than anything. If I can't get in as PA or decide against athletic training, I wouldn't mind becoming a cancer exercise specialist or get into cardiac rehab, or working with patients or those looking to get their metabolic disorders under control.
That said, I've been looking to get myself into a gym (blegh) or at least running because of family history. Gotta get my ass into shape.
Ideally, will be aiming for running as my primary mode. Resistance is necessary but I already get a lot of that at work so it's not a main concern at the moment. Also- YOGA. Or just go pilates to knock out the resistance as well.

Ramble is ok. That's cool you studied exercise science! You know what you want to / need to do. One day you will have enough and just get it done. Sounds like you're close to being there?
Ice cream is no good for the waistline. I could really go for a bowl of that shit right now, maybe a bowl of something else too lol.
Don't you need a certain type of certificate to get in as a PA? What about physical therapy...I looked into that and in some states you need a masters in PT now to practice.

Yes! My bad, I meant doctorate for PT...duuuuh!
You could do athletic training, like for some organization and then pick up extra clients on the side. I actually did all my pre-reqs to apply to the PT program, I just haven't pulled the trigger and applied to the schools. I should just do it already. I'm just not looking forward to pulling as many hours as I am now and then on top of that taking on full- time school. Most of the PT programs are full-time. I've heard that they have some where you can go on the weekend...are you familiar with this?

The problem with just doing shrugs is that she could easily go overboard and cause muscle imbalance in the shoulders which throws off the biomechanics and could cause further issues down the road. It's like how a lot of runners are prone to hamstring injuries because the quads are too strong. Or how females are prone to ACL injuries because the quads and hamstrings are imbalanced a tad (along with the wider hips).
Flavia, make sure that you're working out all the groups in the shoulder area.

I dunno. Not in this area. All the PT programs are full time to my knowledge. At least the legit ones are.
Athletic training really doesn't work like that. Your "clients" are athletes on sports teams. You get lucky and work pros, or you settle with high schools. JC and universities are a good middle ground. Some have gotten smart and contract out to schools since they're getting all budget cut happy. So instead of working at one specific school, they may contract with the district and the kids go to the clinic and the trainer may have a few days they're on campus. I really enjoy it, but I just don't want to get trapped in the high school route. :/
I know what you mean about the hs route lol. I remember our trainer in hs. Are they paid well?click to expand
