Younger Aries man interested or just friendly?

I met him 2 mths ago at work. We work in different depts, so I only work closely with him twice a week. In the past month I've noticed a shift in his attention towards me. He flat out told me I smell good and asked what I wear. He touches me all the time: either a slap on the shoulder or a poke in the ribs, or even my stomach! He always laughs at things I say, even the dumb stuff! He asks me questions about things I like and always replies with 'me too!'
The thing is, he is married and I am in a relationship, and also he is 15 years younger than me...is it even possible for a man to like a woman that much older?? I am pushing 40 and he is in his 20s!

Approaching age 40, I would like to think you would already know that answer. You've been where he's at now, and on top of that he's a YOUNG man, so you already know more than likely what his game plan is. I imagine the flattery is exciting, so have fun with it, but don't take it any further. It's an accident waiting to happen. Oh..And YES, young dudes are extremely attracted to older women and there's nothing wrong with that as long as you're both available, in which this case, neither of you are.

I have several Aries family members and even though we bump heads on a regular, they are truly a fun loving passionate group of folks. Most of them are outgoing and love to have fun, so they can be considered touchy and feely if they really like you, but they can also switch out on you without a moment's notice as well.
