I can be fidgeting with my coffee, phone or just fidgety in general. I've become much calmer the past few years though. I USE to be critical of things & people but with compassion thrown in the mix. Im the most critical with myself & still with myself. I'm very detail oriented with things I'm interested in. It's in the details lol
