Capricorn and a rising Capricorn, don't feel like either entirely.

This really isn't the best description of me or my inner self. Traits such as cold, "totally controlled", cold, disciplined etc. This is not how I'm perceived either. My moon sign is Aquarius, would this play a part? I'm really interested in finding out.
