8th house and death cause

It's 8th house season. Let's check something together. Does the 8th house tell us about death cause and circumstation? Or does Astrology talk pretty big?

This is really interesting. I don't have any planets in my 8th. It is ruled by Aquarius and in doing research, my 8th is ruled by my 4th or 3rd. My birthdate may be off by 30 min.

Aquarius there means unusual death, sudden and quick. Circulatory stuff like with Einstein. Fun.

Kinda scary stuff but cool at the same time.

Does Mars in 8th definitely mean a violent death? What if Venus and Vesta were there as well? Hopefully that would lessen any violence?

I always thought Sharon Tate's death was due to her 8th house Stellium w/ Aquarius there, but rechecked astrotheme, and her pluto is actually in the 1st house. Her Venus in 8th, (other people's resources/money through love in an unusual way) Her sun sits in the 7th house. Moon in Virgo 3rd house.

then there are famous people who have sun in the 8th and a packed 8th house like my fave Shirley Manson, and she's doing fine. Lots of leo placements though.

I am definitely a lover of plutonian energy as i understand, and of strong stellium leo energy.

but it's a dark dark place. not for the weak of heart.

Very interesting, thanks for posting that! This is from astrotheme...celebrities with Mars in 8th house. Jesus and Steve Jobs both had this placement. Definitely lends to passionate and driven personality.

it also helps that Steve Jobs has Saturn in the 10th i believe.

What I remember from KRSchannel's video, is that 10th house career, and also 11th, is money and success and power. But, at the same time, it has to be tempered right. They just have a very very good chart. Maybe it has to do something in chart formations, like bucket charts, mystic charts, finger of yod kind of thing. Charts have a special "emphasis".

Are we finished so soon? I mean what are the known pitfalls of Astrology?

1. Person does not know the precise birth time.
2. Database may be unreliable.
3. What happened does not fit into astro prediction.

So Venus in 8th house is (at least on Internet) not malific.

are you referring to Sharon Tate or Elizabeth Short. I'm presuming the former.

Asylum....well Tate was killed in her home, which in definition, (which has many def) is her asylum:

what do you mean? isn't it clear on the page if they have it or not. Sometimes they have the ac, sometimes they don't. what they have though is just default if they don't have ac.

i always hear bad things about venus and mars in 12th. of course it's not always the case as i've seen lots of charts that have mars in 12/venus in 12 and they are doing well in life supposedly. I guess it really depends on the rest of the aspects. all i can guess is that 12th is a house of secrets, lots of good and bad happening in there. so when it's the love planet and the mars (the opposites) it seems to be very relevant. your guess is as good as mine.

Yes, the 8th house is the house of death, but it has to be understood as death of a behavioral pattern, of a conviction or dogma, etc... not as physical death. This is a total misunderstanding of the 8th house. You need to think about it like the phoenix. The kind of death the 8th house is referring to is not definitive. It is a transition leading to regeneration.

A similar example is James Dean (of course as long as Astrotheme has not adjusted the birth time to fit in):

Ruler of the 8th house is Mars in Leo at 2 degree. He died on the 30th of September 1955 from a car accident. Use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Dean and http://www.astrotheme.com/horoscope_chart_sign_ascendant.php combined and you'll get that Uranus was in Leo at 1 degree of Leo when the accident happened Transit Uranus conjunction natal Ruler of the 8th house. now IDK.

I have Mars in 8th Taurus as well

I don't think astrology foretells futures but it certainly explains a lot

I drive for a living and I've had my share of near crashes

It's mostly we ignore the possibility of dying when we get aggresive, so that's not a good combo

It could be that dxpers convinced me last year that death has nothing to do with the chart or something. but I'm old and dement. or maybe fixated on the idea. everytime a movie actor triggers me to look for their chart, I check the death circumstances.

for that reason I recommend you to be cautious when Uranus leaves Aries for Taurus. upps. I forgot it again.
