Why do you think it works?

I was talking to an Aqua while ago but we were too different.

Me me!! Aries with a Taurus male. We've been together so long that at this point it would be tragic not to keep on trying. It can be a daily struggle at times. I think a part of the reason we are still together is because what the other lacks, the other partner has. For example, I'm outgoing and assertive while he's a loner and passive. He's calm and resonable while I get excited very easily and jump to conclusions. We help each other out...

Yeah, Aqua/Cancer is a horrible mix, in my experiences :/

I know it's tough. Friendship wise is great though my best friend of 11 + years is aqua and I'm a Cancer. And it just so happens her boyfriend is Cancer. I can say they are on/off a lot, she is moved by his kindness and how he takes care of her and buys her many nice things. Sometimes though her aggressiveness is too much for him, but I do think it can work.

why hide a message?

most of my relationships, which aren't many, have been with supposed incompatible signs. i think i wrote this somewhere else but here goes again anyway... my 1st was with a cancer that lasted 3.5 years, my 2nd was with a libra that lasted 7 years (but i guess we're supposed to be compatible being as i am a leo and all), the 3rd was a taurus that lasted 3 months, and i'm currently with another taurus.

i think it has a lot to do with the other aspects and placements in each other's charts. i started dating the 2 taurus guys at the same time. their birthdays coincidentally are only a day apart. the 1st taurus didn't work out because he was TOO taurus for me. he had taurus sun, moon, and venus. now, the 2nd taurus i'm on is WAY different and we work out very well! he has taurus sun, aqua moon, and aries venus. i have leo sun, virgo moon, and leo venus. see what i mean? it also helps that i have aqua rising i think. my moon is in an earth element to compliment his sun. his airy moon fans the flames of my fiery sun and is the same as my ascendant. our venus are both fire signs. my taurus sun best friend of nearly 10 years has a leo moon. see?

I'm in a supposedly incompatible (or at least not highly compatible) relationship, Pisces woman/Libra man. But it sure feels compatible to me LOL

*ponder* like ninjamu, I think a lot of my most satisfying relationships were with supposedly incompatible signs. Me being a Pisces, I shouldn't mix with Virgos, Libras, Leos, Geminis, Aquas - but they've been the best relationships for me. I shouldn't be friends with Aries and Sags and Taurus - but I am. I should get along best with Cancers and Scorpios - but I don't. Well, maybe Scorps. Caps are supposed to be a good match for me - they aren't. But then again, I've always known I'm not your typical, average, common Pisces in a lot of ways - so it never bothered me to be different or weird. I always do things MY way anyway! LOL

Scorps and Aries though I've seen alot of couples in these signs. It's can be hard sometimes but when it;s not raging like a storm it's totally worth it!

Actually as a Water sign myself, I think we can be compatible. Fire and water aren't the worst though not easy. I would think water/air combo is the worst. The ones I have the hardest time with are air signs. I just don't see how water + air could work..guess thats why its so rare when it does. I've been pursued by a Gemini man, and couldn't do it.
